Ordered a guitar that came with an amp and a cable, the cable ended up being faulty and made the amp and the cable both unusable. I reached out to Fender's customer relations department and their gear advisor, Kane Kitchen gave me a prompt and courteous response and resolved the issue exceeding the highest customer service standards sending me replacements for the damaged products within the week. Thank you Fender and thank you Kane Kitchen. Will definitely recommend Fender to anyone after this experience.

Ordered a Squier mustang bass for a Xmas present from guitar guitar uk. The order arrived the next day via DPD. The bass had QC stamps on the tag attached to the neck. Now, as a seasoned bass player I know an absolute dog of an instrument when I pick it up. The faults as follows.
1. All strings touching the fret board, not one had been tightened let alone tuned.
2. Bridge uneven, not adjusted, not intonated.
3. E string cut too short.
4. Nut not cut correctly fitted on an angle.
5 Ferrell loose in holes, holes machined to large.
6. No neck relief at all, zero adjustment left.
7. Bad earth, constant hissing until I earth the strings.
I’m not sure who the QC was or if they were wearing a welders mask or had vision issues but they need to be retrained or dismissed as they clearly had not even looked at the guitar. It was sealed from manufacture and shipped directly from GG warehouse.
GG however were nothing short of excellent, I took the bass back, no arguments whatsoever, extremely apologetic and offered refund/replacement/exchange. I had read that the QC on the mustang line was hit/miss but didn’t realise precisely how bad it was. The bass was exchanged a Fender standard Jazz bass which is the exact opposite of the mustang.
Come on fender, your QC should be QC regardless of the country/factory of manufacture. As an engineer working in aviation, I know that a standard of QC can, and is applied globally, it should not be vastly different.

I noted an issue with my Presonus my ES4 interface and performed calibrated testing to isolate the problem. I submitted an explanation of my problem along with a summary of my tests using the convenient my.Presonus support ticket system. I received a prompt response from Will asking for a few additional details. One day later I had a tracking number for a replacement interface, which arrived two days later. Problem solved in 4 days.
Presonus customer support is unusual in today’s world. I received prompt and competent attention to my problem from someone who actually cares about a low level customer like me. I wasn’t treated like an idiot (i.e.“make sure the interface is plugged into the computer”). I was provided with a replacement interface without even asking for it. It was a painless, stress free experience from start to finish.
I selected Presonus hardware and software 10 years ago and haven’t regretted it for one second. The equipment, DAW, and customer support is outstanding.

I ordered a brand new Fender Stratocaster from an online dealer. When my guitar arrived, the tweed case was damaged. I contacted Fender Musical Instruments Corp., to tell them about the damaged tweed case. Soon thereater, I received a telephone call from Kane. K., a Fender Gear Advisor. He was professional, polite, and patient as I described the extent of the damage to him. Within a couple of weeks, I received a brand new Fender tweed case from Fender. My heartfelt gratitude to Kane K., and all the fine folks at Fender Musical Instruments Corp. Please know that I am most grateful for your kindness and your help.

I’ve grabbed several of the paranormal series from them and I’m massively impressed. They totally hit the mark for me with the paranormal line. The most recent was the Paranormal Telecaster with the Jazzmaster body. I love it! I’ve always wanted a Tele but haven’t vibed with the body. This was right up my alley. Just a great idea! Props!
I love my new Strat!!! Custom Shop Texas Specials (SRV) and modern wiring like Eric Johnson. (My 2 favorite Strat players) Gorgeous white blonde over ash and a solid rosewood neck feels smooth and plays effortlessly. If that wasnt enough, I even added gold hardware to give it a Classy Mary Kaye vibe! I want another one and maybe ill do the same specs but on a Tele!?!
Mark B was great! My fender strat shipped with a stripped saddle bolt. after sending a few pictures and videos of the issue Mark ordered and had a new saddle and pack of strings(even asked which gauge i wanted) shipped 1 day air.
