Poor Customer Service
Great product, dismal customer service. I ordered four Q Surface Mount LEDs on December 6 to be shipped FedEx Ground (delivery in 1-5 business days). I expected a delay due to the Christmas shipping rush, but I did not expect to wait 24 days. Just to be clear, FedEx was the reason for the delay, Feniex shipped on Dec 9. I reached out to Feniex support to see if they could help and was disappointed in their response, they essentially wiped their hands of the issue once the order left their loading dock. I was told that I had to contact FedEx to determine the status and to file a claim. I could see the status of the shipment via the tracking number, and FedEx told me that the shipper (Feniex) had to make the claim. I contacted Feniex once again and gave them this information, and requested a refund of the shipping charge. This request was ignored. I requested that the issue be elevated to a Supervisor, which was also ignored. The order was eventually delivered and I’m sure that I’ll be satisfied with the hardware itself, but poor customer support for a product this expensive does not sit well with me. If I wanted to be blown off I would have shopped Chinese. I hope that I never have a problem where I need support.

I had a hard time getting a hold of a sales person, but once I did they were very helpful. The product is top notch!

Andreas was incredibly helpful. We didn't have an appt but they still expedited our order which was needed urgently! Product (Quantum 60" LED Lightbar) is 10/10, customer service is 10/10 - absolutely would recommend!

She always answers any questions I have and is great to work with. I have not received my products yet, but they are always top-notch. Some of the best safety lights in the business in my opinion.

Anas Kebir has been nothing but informational for all the questions I have had. Replying to emails have been almost instant with the answer to the questions asked, plus the follow up questions before they are asked. Always answering phone calls, I have yet to hear his Voicemail.

I spoke to Desiree on March 1 about needing to find out if the Fusion V3s from 2020 where the same firmware as the fusion S series lights. I sent her a picture of the front of the light and she said she knew what I needed. Apparently not. She had 2 lights made for me and I paid $59 each plus almost $30 in shipping. And the lights I received are the old cobra T6 firmware. I made sure of this. I have several if the old cobra t6 light in my shop. And they synced perfect with them but not the ones I need them to sync with. So needs to say I’m out the time and supplies I used to start an install I can’t finish at this time. My customer and myself are really disappointed. I have used Feniex lights for almost 10 years now. I even convinced my Fire Department to install all Feniex lights and sirens on our new quick response vehicle. When majority of the guys and gals on my department use another name brand. I need to know what can be done to get this fixed ASAP so I can get this truck put back together.

Your website makes purchase difficult.
We first tried your products last year. We were pleased with the product and decided to buy more this year.
Purchasing your products online is frustrating. I spent an hour trying to buy two spotlights on Saturday 3/2/24. I was unable to put in a different shipping address than the billing address. I tried getting an answer from the chat bot. it was not answered.
I was so aggravated that I was moving on to another manufacturer.
I decided to try calling help line. If it wasn't for the customer support person going above and beyond to help me, I would have never used your company again. Her name is Desiree.
We like your product, but to purchase your product on the website is a nightmare. It makes me reluctant to buy from you again.
