Enquired online about delivery times and received an emailed response within an hour, so excellent.
Placed the order and emailed my required text and by 9 the following morning I had the proofs for approval.
Great!
Within three days I had the order arrive by next day courier.
Both items were in a lined presentation box.
Delighted with the whole process and the delivered items. The guys at FenRegis were great and a refreshing change from some of the larger couldn't care less organisations.

Fen Regis were massively helpful and efficient from the very first moment. Within minutes of my order, they sent me artwork to review and approve , and within a few hours it was all signed off and my trophies were in production.
The delivery was excellent, arriving exactly ehen and how it was promised. The turnaround was within a few days which meant that my tight deadline was comfortably met.
And finally the trophies and the engraving on them were absolutely perfect. High quality glass trophies, with really sharp clear engraving.

Our tennis club ordered 3 trophies and 2 plates with engraving.
Communication with the Company was excellent - polite , prompt and helpful. All products were of a good quality and arrived securely. It didn't matter that we are quite a distance away.
