I recently purchased a Essenza Nina espresso machine from Francis, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone for guidance to unboxed it. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me to which machine was suitable for my needs.
The wealth of knowledge and passion Francis has for his trade is commendable.
He even answered all my questions and concerns on Whats App all through out my decision making journey.
Trust me there were a lot of questions.
The after sales service is brilliant. He's gone above and beyond in helping me in getting to know my machine and dialling in my espresso drinks. The only issue I have is, I'm enjoying the machine too much, so my caffine consumption has gone up. LoL

Francis patiently guided me through the cool touch steam wand upgrade for my 0820 Stretta and the results are amazing, all the tweaks were made to get this machine to the next level. The Stretta is a lovely thing now with added steam power to make an awesome flat white. Great service and highly recommend Francis and the upgrade, you won’t look back!

After 10 years of daily use, my Quick Mill espresso machine finally gave out and stopped working. I let it sit for months, unsure what to do, until I sent it to Francis at Espresso Lane, the official service centre for the brand.
Francis brought the machine back to life. It’s now working perfectly and feels as good as new. The care and expertise that went into the service were clear, and it’s such a relief to be able to ditch the Nespresso machine and return to proper espresso again.
Highly recommend Espresso Lane for anyone needing reliable, professional service for their espresso machine.

I wanted a Quickmill espresso machine.
They make great equipment (highly regarded inside Italy but not so well known outside of Italy) but I also wanted a UK service centre, so I wasn't dealing directly with Italy. I wasn't hopeful that there was such a place.
There is.
Francis Ferrari-Lane runs the only UK dealership for Quickmill, and provides a full service centre too. He is an expert and will happily discuss the pro and cons of every model, but more importantly will solve any technical issue from servicing to repair ( not that you'll need repairs any time soon , given the reputation of Quickmill for reliability and durability).
Other reviewers say he goes the extra mile in customer service, and I can testify that he really does.
There is one upset reviewer throwing around serious accusations. The Francis Ferrari-Lane I dealt with is as helpful and as trustworthy as they come.
And the Quickmill espresso machine he sold me, the Silvano Evo, is a complete joy.
Highly recommended for even a beginner....should be as popular as any other highly rated pid manual machine; Profitec, Rancilio, etc.
And when it needs a service I'll send it straight to EspressoLane- no worries.

I had bought a la Pavoni lusso professional on a whim back in 1985 while on holiday in Italy.(£180.00) Tried and failed to get a good shot for a few months. Left unused, carted around during 6 house moves until “discovered” in garden shed last month. In a bit of a state actually. By now I was into coffee again YouTubed to the hilt! Found espresso lane in a web search and sent her off for a refurb. Kept informed by Francis on at least a weekly basis by email including photos. Now looks superb and is pulling great shots. Francis is supremely knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t have had better service.

Amazing company, led by Francis, who was so patient when i emailed about 50 times (not joking) for advice, before finally deciding on the Quick Mill Pop. Then when it arrived i had numerous questions and needed some help. He was there again for me, always answering really quickly and in a friendly way. Where else could you get this personal touch and customer care. Plus the benefit of all his years of training and experience in Italy. 🇮🇹 He has the best brands and best choice too, all with rapid delivery. I own an Expobar Dual Leva with an electrical switch problem and pressure issue.
From my first contact with Francis he couldn't have been any more helpful.He gave it a complete service replacing only components which were worn.Managed to source a new power switch which seemed impossible to source from the numerous enquiries I made .Francis kept me regularly updated with repair progress, which is rare with most service departments.
Service was very reasonably priced and professionally completed.
Have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Francis for any future work which may become necessary..10/10

Bought a machine which I thought was new . Turned out to be reconditioned . Faulty boiler , marks on the drip tray and water in the tank . Said it was tested before leaving the shop. Which retailer test new equipment? Tried to blame me for not knowing how to use the machine which was insulting. Returned item through PayPal buyers guarantee and got a refund . Buyer beware before purchasing from this supplier. Pay by credit card to protect yourself . Smooth talking sales person but unscrupulous seller
