I thought the prices were fairly reasonable until I opened the pkgs. A dollar per seed average is way above what everyone else is charging. I won't buy from here again.

I have not receive or started and of the seeds but it in a great surprise to find a seed company that doesn’t sell such large seed packages when you only need a couple and the cost in very reasonable. Your assortment in large and you carry magic carpet thyme. I started 750 propagations to change the front of my rural house from a weed patch into a thyme lawn. I have lost an out 100 of them so finding you had seeds was terrific.

I enjoyed shopping on your website - user friendly, good info and pictures, easy to order. I had a bit of trouble with your designation of zones for growing. With global warming northern gardeners have seen a change in what perennials will survive in our cold climate however, within your zone 3 perennials were many that would not survive in northern Canada (Whitehorse, Yukon). I deleted my previous review of Ferri Seeds. I am working with customer service to analyze where the problem might have originated. I should have given them an opportunity to respond first prior to my review. They have a fabulous customer service department and are extremely dedicated to supplying quality products and services. I also want to say, changing my review has nothing to do with any compensation to me. We are simply working together to solve an issue. I am not seeking compensation, just a learning experience and helping in a business process. Three main parts in a good business, People, Process, and Products. Sorry if I caused any issues, be assured you are in good hands with Ferri Seeds!

Never got either order. This happened last time as well. If it wasn't for some of the rarer seeds I wouldn't bother.

I wanted to update a review that I posted early this morning. I was having some technical issues with the Ferri Seeds website. Terry at Ferri Seeds responded very quickly and helped me with the issue I was having. Ferri Seeds really has wonderful customer service and is such a great seed resource for all gardeners.
I mentioned that some seeds were not germinating. Having gardened for years this is a problem no matter where you source seeds, especially with plants that are more finicky and difficult. Gardening is always trial and error which is why it's so satisfying when it goes well. I just really appreciate a great resource like Ferri Seeds in Ontario. Thank you Ferri!

Terry answered emails very quickly with excellent advice and although my seeds didn't germinate, Ferri Seeds has been over-the-top excellent in offering me alternatives at no charge. I'm really impressed with the extent they have gone to to satisfy me. Highly recommend. P.S. I'm a horrible gardener!

Got my seeds very quickly on the earlier timeline (6days) of the stated ship/receive time. I have not planted them yet but I will post an update when I do.

Delights to deal with! I had questions regarding the germination instructions of my first package of their seeds. Their customer service was exceptional! Clear instructions, lovely people! I've since ordered several sets of seeds!

Everything aside from the saffron bulbs I received was perfectly fine. The bulbs had a little blue mold on them which is concerning since I’ve bought bulbs that had a small amount(from a different store) and died from the mold even after fungicide was applied.

Update: The bulbs are doing great. After cutting off the moldy spot and putting alcohol on it, I’m safe to say it hasn’t returned!

The seeds were received fairly quickly, considering they came from Canada. Cost of the seeds versus the quantity is fantastic.

Germination rate is unknown--they'll be planted now for 2026 sales.
