I ordered 2 vacuums for 67.89
I ordered 2 vacuums for 67.89. They kept running my card for bogus miscellaneous charges every couple of days. I have now been charged 231.65 for 2 vacuums I never recieved and didn't authorize any payment except for the initial one.. 😤
7 1/2 weeks to receive my order, not 7-10 working days as told.
Finally been able to pick up my masks ordered on 9th November. I was advised of a 7-10 working days shipping to Norway via FB chat before ordering. By December I had heard nothing and contacted the company. I was again told 7-10 days shipping, and was given tracking information showing my order was sent from Shanghai on 2nd December (three weeks after placing my order). On new years eve, I finally received a notice in the mail to collect my order however I was unable to pick them up until today due to a public holiday. As the items ordered were seasonal and intended for use before Christmas and over new year, they are pretty much of no use to me now- £38 wasted.
EDIT: I have now received a full refund from Festive Faces and have therefore ammended my review. They did reply to my emails, however it may take some time.
Waste of money
Finally received my face masks after nearly 6 weeks. The delivery took way too long, way over the 7-10 working day delivery that is stated. The masks aren’t even the best quality. They’re cheap quality and don’t look like the photos. They look thicker and fit your face in the photos and that’s not what you get. I paid €41 for masks that I could buy in my local euro2 shop. I’m not impressed at all. Waste of money.
Appalling service
Placed an order at the end of November for my work colleagues to have Christmas masks and have received nothing. Attempted to contact the company by email and have had NO response at all. Am disgusted with the service, now to try and get my money back!

Not impressed
I still have not received my order and no information on where it is. I received an email saying it was on its way but clicking the link takes me to a page that says we have received it and will be sending soon. That was 2 weeks ago. I placed my order on October 28th. I am not impressed with the communication. To track my order they want me to download yet another app that can’t recognise a UK phone number. If I could find a way to cancel and request a refund I would.

Funky designs, super comfy, fast delivery - love it!!
I bought 3 masks for my family to wear as we get closer to the festive period. I was surprised at how comfy they are (way comfier than the blue masks) and I also love the fun designs! Delivery was fast too; Will be buying more, thanks!

Ordered a couple of masks, getting stocked up for when its socially acceptable to be festive in public. Service was great, and the quality of the masks is top notch too!
I know what stocking fillers im getting family this year....
