Very helpful sales rep (Josh). I was in touch with another online company for domestic festoon lights but chose festonlighting because of their prompt response via email and throwing some discounts too. Delivery was prompt and everything was in order.

Hi Suzy, thank you for taking the time to review our service, we are really sorry to hear about the issue with your festoon and would love the opportunity to rectify this. If you could please reach out to us directly with a photo of the twisted cable/bulb, this will allow us to better understand the issue.
All our custom festoon is made to measure by hand, unfortunately, this does mean we are subject to human error and sometimes we make mistakes. We can only apologise for this and the inconvenience it has caused you.
We are a small team that prides ourselves on our customer service and would love the opportunity to rectify our mistake. Please reach out to us by email at info@festoonlighting.com or call the office on 01257 795186 between 10am-5pm and we can get this replaced for you as soon as possible.
I look forward to speaking with you,
Josh

Festoon lighting went above and beyond…
Festoon lighting went above and beyond when the courier failed to deliver the parcel on the stated date. They apologised, jumped in their car and personally brought the parcel to our house. Only a few hours later than the courier should have dropped it. Which in turn meant the electrician booked in to wire them up could crack on. They now look great 👍

Festoon lighting for 365 days per year outside use - appears very solidly constructed with proper sprung contacts in the bulb holders and good seals around the led bulbs I purchased separately for the purpose. Like the way separate strings daisy chain together. Neat!
