Customer service real person.
I made a quick call about my tracking number and you were very helpful. You explained there was none but offered to send duplicate order. I agreed to wait 3 more days first and the order arrived.

Great lights, great service
We'd had a bad experience with some festoon lights bought from another company previously so were a tad concerned - we didn't want to repeat our first expensive mistake. Thank goodness we found Festoon Light. We contacted Josh for reassurance and he talked us through everything we were concerned about - even giving us advice about spacings, bulb wattage and hanging arrangements. Now the lights have arrived it's clear they're a far superior quality to our previous set. Fantastic, thank you Festoon Light.

Festoon Lighting saves the day.
Purchased a Festoon String from Festoon Lighting but was let down by another supplier for the supply of bulbs. Contacted Festoon Lighting 2 days before my event, desperate for LED bulbs and they shipped LED bulbs in time to save the day. Magic!

Hi Steven, thank you very much for your review. We are really sorry that the first delivery got returned by the courier. As mentioned in our emails to you that was out of our control. We are glad the second order has arrived with you. If you need anything else from us please let us know we would be more than happy to help! Josh
Good Quality
Prompt and very focused product support for queries and good quality products. I would have given 5 star but there is a little inflexibility in cable sizes and configuration. I needed 2M extensions and 1m bulb spacing but had to do with 3M extensions and 0.5m spacing in the drop festoons within the 365 product range. Whilst I now have to commit to some modifications during the install these are good quality festoon lights and I'm happy with the purchase

Hi Paul, thank you very much for your review. We appreciate the kind words regarding the quality of the product. We are really glad you are happy with the purchase. We will certainly take on board the criticism regarding the length of our extension cables available. Having a constant flow of stock is something that we are trying to improve for the future!
If you need any help or advise moving forward please let me know we would be more than happy to help!
