This company is legitimately a scam. I have been trying to withdrawal funds for over 6 weeks ($500). I try with debit, it fails. I try with credit, it fails. I get no reply despite sending literally 10 emails over 6 weeks to support. I then get told I have to withdrawal with Interac. Guess what? You can’t because you must deposit with Interac to withdrawal (which it doesn’t let you do because there is existing funds in the account). I hope this company gets sued and I am reporting them to OGC.
Wyzia Financial Inc runs all the online casino in Ontario and different of their sites pay differently and some of them make their sites more difficult for people to withdraw so they can spend their money their winnings Etc this is not right or Fair that you change their ways of business and very hard to contact them they make it very difficult I don't recommend anybody gambling with them

First I tried to withdraw but it said I needed a minimum of £20 to withdraw, so deposited an extra £10, then it requested I proved my ID documents then after that they refuse to process the withdrawal, there is no way it's legal to request us to wager our own money to get it back, for those who have been scammed I would recommend you head over to this website and report them directly to the gambling commissioner.

They don't process your withdrawal saying there were issues and to contact support who takes days and days to respond. They put the funds back as available and they count on you to gamble again and the system is so rigged that you lose it all.
This site is a SCAM. They take and take and then when you win they don't pay out. It's been 2 weeks and I can't get $250 withdrawal after spending $3200. Funny I could deposit $3200 from my card but now they can't deposit back $250 over 2 weeks. Terrible, as soon as you get a decent win the verification has expired and you need to do it all over again. With lots of not accepted documents. No other slot does that. As soon as you lost your wins it’s verified. Funny isn’t it?!
