We received a flyer promoting Fibre Nova which was welcomed as we have had considerable issues with broadband speeds which averaged 6mbps. I contacted Paul Macgugan who was excellent and nothing was too much trouble in terms of answering questions and being available to respond to emails very quickly - the level of customer service I have received far exceeds what I have experienced elsewhere. The turnaround from agreeing to progress to installation was quick and within days I noticed engineers working outside. I then received a call re installation. I was kept updated throughout and the engineers who installed the full fibre were also excellent. Everything went well and we now have broadband speeds that we never imagined. We were never given any indication of getting full fibre until fibre nova came along and it’s been a great and easy transition from our current provider.
Highly recommended and top customer service.

The result of the work done is brilliant. 250mb download speed, reliable, stable fibre internet. All staff from cable installers to sales staff were polite and helpful.

This company is absolutely fantastic.
I have always had problems with whatever service providers in 1 of my rooms in our house.
I have also been promised speeds of up 120 with BT, VODAFONE, SKY and others. The only speed we ever got was 70.
Then FibaNova came along, i was promised by I would have full coverage and speeds up to 150. I am actually getting a little more than that.
The people that I have spoken to from the Guy knocking on hhd door, the lady in customer service and Paul have shown professionalism in all areas of service.
I am so pleased I decided to move over to them, they have delivered on every front. Quality

Living in a remote rural village in the Cotswolds, our broadband recently suffered a major incident when a car knocked over the telegraph pole which hosted the broadband fibre hub for >1000 residents each with individual fibre connections. Fibre Nova response was excellent, reconnecting customers in under a week Good customer comms & updates were maintained throughout and the field engineers working on the ground were outstanding. Thank you.

How do you truly know how good a service provider is?
The answer is when the product has an issue, so often people jump to review a product or service before they've ever had an issue with it.
We have had this Fibre service for a while in a rural village and it just works... Until late on Sunday morning when a motorist decided to driver full on, into the pylon that had attached all the fibre & broadband cabling, it was destroyed.
Without any prompts to Fibre Nova, from the Monday we were receiving 2 update emails a day from them, great comms. The workforce deployed was more than impressive, on Monday I counted no less than 6 trucks and they were onsite all day & late in the evening, this continued throughout the week until service was renewed to users (rerouting the cabling away from the still stricken pylon).
I was and am, really really quite impressed and quite frankly I don't think they could have done a single thing more. This really is a 5 star review, well done!
BT still haven't been out and those with them, have been told 2 weeks minimum before service will be connected again.

Waited for ages for this and finally we got fibre!
The company approached us with letter, then direct contact. They weren't pushy at all just straight talking and honest. They communicated extremely well throughout the process. The team, including the engineers in the street running the cables/wires you got to know and these were professionals as well as friendly. In fact, all the teams from commercial to CX to engineers were great. Well done Fibre Nova, you're a shining example of how to run a company!

At last we have a Fibre optic broadband service into rural areas like mine.
I was contacted by Fibre Nova in Nov. 2025, who provided telephone and email support throughout the introductory phase, initially by Craig and then by James. I subsequently signed up for the 200 Mbs service, which was installed on the 9/12/2025 quickly and efficiently that day.
Technically the system uses the eero 6+ router, which is supported by the an app for iOS or Android. The router has 1 No.Ethernet port for connecting to addit. equipment requiring hardwiring, i.e splitters, Wi-fi mesh extenders etc.
Your existing versions of these and their Ethernet cables may require upgrading to compliment & utilise the higher broadband speeds.
Overall a big improvement on previous broadband options and at a competitive price

Craig Morley from Fibrenova WOW!! What can I say, I had issues with my internet living in a rural area and sent Fibrenova an email which Craig answered he then had a chat with me about their service having taken over from Runfibre, he advised me to purchase Deco mesh link and he himself came and installed it all in my home giving me an incredible internet speed which is unheard of in a rural area. Fibrenovas service is second to none for those people living in a rural area I would highly recommend.
