Well honestly, I bought the picture on the spur of the moment. I didn't do any research on the company ( I know! I should do better!). I checked the tracking info several times and there were no updates so I got nervous. I thought it was a scam. I did get my picture! It's adorable! I would encourage this company to communicate better with its customers.

Being able to view what the finished product would look like in just a few seconds via email was great. Being able to AI edit immediately was also fabulous. Picture quality was perfect. Very impressive business. Turn around time was fast - ordered on Thursday, delivered Sunday. Thank you for wrapping in plastic as it was pouring rain and box was soaked. Would have appreciated delivery notice though. It arrived so fast that I wasn’t even looking for it yet.

I sent in my picture for our pet’s pic and it turned out even better than I hoped! A great Father’s Day gift!!

Nice depiction of my pup. The background was a bit difficult to understand. There are many options but it is difficult to view all options.

Delivery was very fast too on the wall in 7 days!!

The framed picture of my two puppies arrived much faster than I expected. The frame itself was of way better quality than I expected. The picture was exactly what I was shown it would look like. It was just a little less quality than I expected, but they captured and more of them around to make a great picture and something I will treasure for a very long time! The price was super!

I bought prints of my two dogs. I am very happy about the quality of both prints. I think they captured the spirit of my pups really well. The turn around time was fast and I would recommend Fido & Frame to others.

Outstanding

I gave my husband a water color print of our two fur babies for Father’s Day! He loved it. The print is stunning. Looks just like our beloved fur babies. Although, the print is of both our pups, one of our pups crossed the rainbow bridge due to being 18 years old. My husband teared up when he saw it. I even used to AI feature to make sure each pup had on their collars. Everyone that has seen the print just loves it.

Beautiful print! Ordering is very easy. I loved having options and being able to preview them. I went with the watercolor print and it turned beautifully.

I love that there is a free preview of the print so you know exactly what it is going to look like. Once you see the preview, you have to order! I love it!!

So easy and because you get a preview, the portrait looks just like your special pet.

The picture is incredible! I liked the ability to preview the picture before I ordered. Our dog doesn’t wear a collar unless it’s on a walk. I was able to say no collar and no name on the picture. The picture is exactly like the preview .
