Took a chance here hoping for a nice representation of Gus, our new addition. The package arrived securely packaged and far more quickly than I anticipated.

I came across Fido and Frame on a Facebook Ad after losing our beloved Chihuahua and on a whim decided to order a portrait. The delivered watercolor print captured our Bailey PERFECTLY! We are so happy to have him back with us and "looking" over us. The quality of the print was really good and the framing looked very nice!

Although I had to wait for the delivery of my purchase and started to think if this was a fake profile, I was absolutely delighted when the frame and print arrived. Love the final 2 portraits I ordered. Took weeks after order placed w bad communication from company. Their website states get in 4-7 days. It took at least 3 weeks. When I contacted them several times , they always responded with “we don’t know the tracking # yet” - come on. Was beginning to think it was a scam. Fortunately the portraits arrived & we are very happy with them.

Great product! We love the "painting" of our furry boy. Looks great as advertised. The frame ordered was perfect fit for the picture. Went right on the wall. Big recommend.
