FieldworkHub Reviews

This was enjoyable and fun to take part in

Excellent company with great staff. I really enjoyed participating in their study and can’t wait to work with them again.

Excellent experience. Very personable interviewers, clear procedures, paid incentive exactly as promised. Thank you.

Such professional, friendly people! This entire market research experience has been easy and seamless because of their excellent knowledge of the subject, their clear communication and excellent preparation.

Took part in a group discussion and they were very patient with my brief struggle with technology ! Grateful for the opportunity.

Completed an interview with my son recently.
Kept informed through the whole process from initial interest to follow up email afterwards.
Staff members were all approachable and very quick at responding to any query, often out of hours.
Would happily recommend and complete further studies

Amazing experience with Fieldwork, great team members who helped out at every step and very efficient.

I took part in a recent interview to help with an app and it was really interesting, well organised and communication was fantastic

Recently completed my first online focus group and have to say I loved it! Well organised, support on hand where needed and received really fast payment. The focus group itself was really interesting and Fieldworkhub staff were helpful before the session started. Can’t wait to be involved again.

i have taken a part in recent study. From the start to finish, it has exceeded my expectations!
High quality customer service from the organisation.
Thank you

My session online was well hosted. Went for 2 hours but didn't seem like a chore and was interesting and engaging.

Professional, organised, entertaining, and prompt with payment. Great experience!

Very transparent and professional. Five-star rating from me.

Excellent company to deal with, interesting study, paid extremely quickly, very courteous and a pleasure

I did an online focus group last night. It was fun, relevant and professionally run. The fieldwork team made everything very easy and paid promptly (via amazon gift card).
My only issue was that the caller who called to verify my details was UK based and I didn’t answer at first as I thought was a spam call.

I was recently invited to participate in some market research coordinated by FieldworkHub which was being held online; whilst I’ve participated in plenty of face-to-face sessions with various agencies in the past, this was my first held online (due to coronavirus).

I found FieldworkHub to be very professional, and my experience dealing with their staff was nothing but positive; I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending FieldworkHub.

I really enjoyed the process of working with Fieldwork. Professional, organised and helped with the tech which is always important plus very prompt payment. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Really pleased with FieldworkHub. I was selected to participate in a market research project via Zoom. The staff I dealt with were really friendly, approachable and reassuring, the Zoom call went well and I really enjoyed it. I felt my views were valued and the interviewers were lovely and provided some very interesting information for me to talk about. I was paid well and quickly, directly into my bank account. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to working for them again soon!

I was invited to participate in a research project and the process was a very pleasant and highly professional experience. The research was conducted fully web-based and required only 20 min a day, exactly as advised. The content I was asked about was of very high quality and easy to understand and respond to.
I would definitely encourage anyone who is approached by FieldworkHub to participate.

Good experience with FieldworkHub throughout the market research h process. They were very organised on the day of the market research and subsequently followed with prompt payment. Would highly recommend applying to them.
