It works to cover up my dark circles and does not leave any creases that other manufacturers do. It is a great concealer

Their product irritates my skin.
I tried to cancel an auto ship.'
They refused and sent me the product anyway.
There was two day gap in shipping they
didn't care.
I have be trying for two weeks and they won't send me a code so I can send it back.

The customer service staff is superb. They answered my questions right away and were very helpful in getting my problem solved. I like that the company is local. And the moisturizing cream that I use is the only one that I’ve ever used that really works. When I put my makeup on, it does not pill. any other moisturizer that I’ve used always pills.

Easy on, easy off. The concealer/foundation is light and does not cake on my face, nor does it settle in the wrinkles. There are enough colors that I didn't have a problem doing a color match. I have 3 of the colors, for summer, winter and one to brighten those dark areas.

I really prefer the original concealer. The new purple container one is very watery and doesn't give much coverage at all. It was disappointing actually but that's how we learn, right? So my experience is if it's not broken, don't try and fix it. Stick with the original black tube.

I decided to try the new all-in-wonder concealer and foundation. I specifically wanted to use this as an under eye concealer but found it thinner than the luxury concealer I had been using from Fiera. It did it did not provide coverage for my under eye dark circles. Customer service was wonderful and refunded my money. I then bought another tube of the Fiera luxury concealer. To be honest, the luxury concealer does not provide enough coverage for my under eye dark circles, but I use it as a primer for Tarte Shape Tape which provides full coverage but is drying. The Fiera product works as a great primer since it is very hydrating. I have also used it as an eyeshadow primer.

THE LUXURY CONCEALER IS THE BEST MAKEUP PRODUCT I HAVE EVER USED. I AM 79 YRS OLD AND HAVE TRIED THEM ALL! MY DARK CIRCLES DISAPPPEAR AND I FEEL LIKE I CAN FACE THE WORLD. I USE IT AROUND MY MOUTH AS WELL AS ON OTHER AREAS OF MY FACE. NO FOUNDATION NEEDED. I NEVER AM GOING TO BE WITHOUT THIS STUFF.

I love all the products I have the only thing I would like to see improved. Is the foundation coming in different packaging so that when you need to combine two colours to make your match, it would be easier than pulling out of the tubes.

By far the best concealer I have ever used! As a 50 yr old woman, hydration is a must, and Fiera delivers that with just the right amount of coverage with a dewy finish that is not too greasy. If you're on the fence, don't be.

Customer service was great; when I answered an email prompt to review honestly the 2-in-1 coverup/base makeup
('barely medium coverage, didn't work for me as a camo cream or under-eye')
with a "Do you really want this /\ ?", they refunded the product, even though I'd let the time to return it run out.
I've tried another product since (meh), and a third - the Bakuchiol Firming Eye cream - which I left me with the impression of drier skin around my eyes so had to switch back to my usual, for awhile. (The Bakuchiol may have been firming and anti-puffing, but not moisturizing enough for this northern clime). For the cost, I'd expect visible, better results than with what I've been using, but I haven't seen that, so probably won't purchase any more.
(I was doing better price-wise with my selective purchases.)
On the other hand, I had handily refunded a purchase that did not work AT ALL, so no red flags.

The All In Wonder concealer - foundation is marketed as an upgrade from the luxury concealer but I'm not sure that's true. I tend to use more of it so I know it won't last as long. The application brush is nice to have. The biggest issue is it separates in the tube so when you want to squeeze just a little out runny milky lotion comes separate to concealer color cream. I even squeeze the tube around with the cap on to try to mix. If you can get the balance right the concealer goes on nicely, feels light and covers ok.

I’ve used these products for over a year now and they are great. Customer service is also exceptional. I made a mistake with my recent order and wrote to them letting them know, and they got back within less than a day and they were able to help me out even more than I thought they could…above and beyond expectations!

I ordered some foundation that didn't work as well for me as another kind so I emailed customer service to find out how to exchange! Top notch customer service skills! I love this company and recommend to everyone!

I really enjoyed using the Ciera concealer in the black tube in sand color. It was smooth and easy to use and great coverage. I ordered another one and was sent the purple tube of concealer in sand. I tried to use it but it was not mixed well. An oily substance came out of the tube with no pigment in it. I shook it and tried again. Was very disappointed in the texture and coverage. I really wanted the black tube concealer in sand and I got the purple one instead.

I like the Fiera product itself. But the applicator has changed since the first time I purchased it, and it’s a bit more messy to use.
