I returned an order and still have not been refunded for this, order#1669676, I was refunded for the one that was opened and then returned the other 2 lip plumpers over a month ago.

I ordered one of their concealers previously and was really pleased with it. So when they brought out this other product that can be used as a foundation and concealer I bought it as well. However I found this product didn't do what it said and just didnt work for me so I called the helpline and explained i was not happy with the product and received a refund at the end of the same day so cant fault their costumer care . Would try other products going forward as they do look after their costumers

I like the old formula better for concealer. It is a little thicker and covers better. The new formula is good for base coat.

I love Fiera. Best I've found for aging skin. I would love to try to new formula for aging skin but sadly it is out of my price range. I barely afford the regular concealer. But the products are as advertised. I wish you would go back to the old brush. Don't care for the new one. Doesn't glide on the skin as well for blending. I've also used many of the skin care products. Apple stem cell, citrus serum, the black label products sorry dont know how to spell the name lol.. But price is just to high for me to continue buying or buy regularly. But they work great and feel great on the skin. Im 52.

The cream feels great on my skin.It penetrates the skin and is absorbed easily.Great coverage with 2 pumps for the face and neck twice a day.Softens and plumps skin.

The Fiera Lip Plumper is THE best on the market! Have tried numerous brands with little to no results! 76 and still want to look my Best!😉😊

I love the Product… but the Jar is very heavy and the product had an large air hole.

The under eye cover ups are good colors. I've been using them for years!
I wish they'd would last longer, but I do need to reapply during the day. I always try to have an extra in my handbag and one in the glove compartment. 😊

Can’t help to talk about their concealer. It is the best in the industry at a good price and a little dab will do the trick.
Try it and you will agree.

The concealer is great I just do not feel as if it wears as long as other concealers

Great product, a little goes a long way. Very nourishing. I have been using this foundation/coverup cream since 2021. I am in between shades so I have to purchase two colors to blend. It is pricey, but lasts a long time and does not cake up or clog my pores. It gives a dewy finish to my skin, which I like.

Products are great love using them and it is great for people over 40 helpful

I find the concealer to be a great balance of coverage and brightening without heaviness.

You advertise that you have easy returns and my experience has been not easy. I explained the circumstances on the phone and I do not feel that anyone that I speak with is REALLY listening. I have been waiting for a credit on 3 item. I have been patient as I knew that it would possibly take a while but this has been rediculous and is still not resolved.
