We sold a flat in Stirling via Fierce Properties. Fran was excellent and went above and beyond. The sale arose after an unexpected bereavement and Fran made the process very smooth indeed, took a lot of the stress and hassle away and secured an excellent price. We cannot praise her highly enough and would happily recommend Fierce Properties.

I decided to sell my three rental properties and quit being a landlord in Scotland. Given my less than favourable experience with Stirling's Port Street-based estate agents, I knew that it'd have to be a different agent for these three house sales, but just who? I was beginning to feel I'd done the rounds of Stirling's estate agents, and had few or no options left.
It wasn't long before I saw what I thought was a great marketing video on YouTube from Fierce Properties. What was different was drone footage over the area and that Fran, the agency's owner, herself appeared in it. Having a friendly and welcoming agent appear in a video makes all the difference. The video was way above what any other local estate agent was capable of producing. I'd never heard of Fierce Properties before, but got in touch, and signed up with them for the sale of all three rental properties.
I wasn't disappointed. All three houses got snapped up within a fortnight of them being put on the market, and each achieved higher than Home Report value. That's no mean feat in a difficult market: rising interest rates, a stagnating economy, cost of living increases and data pointing to house prices falling.
Fierce Properties also were helpful in terms of advice prior to putting my houses on the market. I had the kitchen walls in one house repainted to neutralise them, so as not to put viewers off. They also arranged a check-out inventory report for one of the properties, and it was done to an exceptionally high standard by a third party provider. Fierce Properties appears to have successfully partnered with external service providers that match their own high professional standards of customer service.
The team at Fierce Properties were friendly, helpful and available when I needed to talk to them. I enjoyed the process of getting the properties ready for marketing, and somehow wish I had another 15 properties to sell. I'd have no hesitation in putting them all up for sale with Fierce Properties!
