Have been with the Guild a number of years now. There help and guidance as well as marketing is invaluable. Cant imagine not being with them to be honest. All the staff are fantastic.

The Guild provide unrivalled support and value for money in their product offering to their agents. Everyone at the Guild if friendly and helpful and wants the best for each agent they work with. They are constantly innovating to include more product in their service offering.

This company/ cult are nothing more than data-sucking leeches who will try to convince you that you can't operate without them, despite the fact that they will add zero value to your business for their extortionate monthly retainer!

They produce terrible marketing (better to do your own) & avoid this company at all costs as they will also lure you in on false promises & expectations.

This is nothing more than a marketing company. i received two or three identical letters purporting to be from estate agents in my area. only the phone numbers were different. Finally realised this lot were sending out the marketing on their behalf. No number or email on the website (always a shady sign- 02076294141), eventually managed to speak to someone who claimed they are a proper 'guild' but actually this just do mass targeted marketing to people who already get so much rubbish through their front door. I wont use a company brought to my attention in such a way on principle. GDPR did nothing at all for junk email where is the pointless equivalent for post?
