I ordered a cat nip ball from this website and it never arrived. The tracking link said 'delivered'. I messaged them to ask about it and they said to contact the delivery service directly but when I click on it everything is in Chinese.

Firstly took them over a week to start dispatch. Had to email them.
They then sent me completely the wrong product. An absolute rip off for what i actually received.
When emailing them explaining the mistake the decided it was my mistake. Which it definitely wasn't.
I asked for a refund and would send the product i didn't want back. After back and forward emails they offered 10% then 20% then 30% but said i would be charged for return. I will never go near this site again. Poor quality overpriced products and abysmal customer service.
Avoid at all costs

The product we received was too small but it was the biggest size they had. We asked for a refund but they don’t do full refunds. They charge a shipping fee, a restocking and other moneys to return the item.

Ordered pet shoes and they were nothing like the advert.failed to get my money back but felt pushed into taking a partial refund.Ordered another item but it is the same carry on. Please advoid this company.

I ordered a cat head figurine and received a really crappy copy. Luckily I ordered through Klarna. I filed a complaint with them and today I received a message that the payment has been canceled. Figdoll tried to get me to pay by offering 10, 20 and 30 percent discounts or to pay the return shipping. I refused to pay anything and so Figdoll got nothing from this scam.

Avoid as it's fraud!
I bought coat for my dog and according to the website should fit German Shepherd but unfortunately it's not!.
Now they won't give me my money back as they said the cost of return is more expensive than the coat.
What a lots of rubbish.

Ordered the dog boots which are worthless. Asked for a discount and they offered 10% back and I could keep the worthless dog booties. Cheaply made, ridged, dog fought having them put on. I asked why I would accept 10% back on the purchase price and KEEP something we will never use. SCAM purchasing here.

Dreadful, should not be allowed to trade. Christmas decoration arrived and was nothing like advertised. Waste of money. No returns policy so for £16 all we have is a poorly printed plastic disc. We thought we were buying a 3d ornament. Scam scam scam.

Fake item received
I purchased a polished stone cat head figure with glass cat eyes. $30.29.off the web site.

Shipped to me was a cheap plastic painted mock-up , Hideous. The only way to get my money back (based on emails by figdoll) was to mail it back to China.

If received on good condition, they would credit my paypal acct. ( no way to verify that obviously)

Don't waste any money you probably wiil get a fake cheap facsimile like I did.

The bouncing ball is a failure toy doesn’t bounce only rolling on the floor my medium size dog destroys in less than hour in my opinion even dangerous for the battery inside I have to put it in the garbage and on top of this very expensive if you add the shipping very bad choice I wouldn’t recommend to buy it.

Decided not to proceed with an order when I saw they were asking for a tip; just for putting a small order in an envelope! Honestly America, your tipping culture is beyond belief. Glad I decided not to proceed having now read the reviews about the poor quality of the product. Unfortunately, despite unsubscibing from Figdoll's emails three times, they continue to pester me via email.

DO NOT ORDER!!! This company is a scam. They look like 3d ornaments, but are cheap printouts between plastic! I could have made something cooler myself with a 3d printer. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I Will keep the 4 ornaments i ordered as a reminder never buy crap from China.

when my cat played with it down the stairs the toy stopped working. I charged it up but has never worked since going down the 6 stair steps

If I could give zero, I would. This company is totally deceitful. Products have been photosot. Product is of poor quality and would not be suitable for any dog. In fact, your dog is liable to choke on this item. Cheap quality and total farce DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Postage was appalling. I had to chase on two occasions.

Total fake. You get a plastic covered photo of item.

I am really disappointed with the cat figurine I received. It is nothing like the one in the advertising pictures. In the pictures the Cat has a smooth shiny surface and the patterns are beautifully done. The cat I received has a matte surface and the patterns are clumsily ENGRAVED onto the surface of the figurine!!! Even the color is completely wrong, some kind of turquoise. This is clearly a scam and I am not going to pay for this.

I saw an advert on Google for a Dog Hug Pendant Necklace (Two Tone) which was on offer by this this Company at £17.00 (normally £25.00) + £3.81 P & P. I purchased it as a present, however when it arrived it was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the item that was advertised, neither in appearance/detail or colour. Consequently I was too ashamed to give it as a present. I can only categorise it as being a “cheap defective piece of diecast metal” worth no more than £2.00.

I complained to the Company who then offered a 20% discount if I was willing to keep it. I advised them that I was not prepared to accept their offer and requested a full refund and pointed out that it had been purchased on a Credit Card.

They then stated that: “After careful consideration and reporting my concerns to the team, they were able to secure approval for a 30% refund of my order value.” They added “This was not an easy process, but we truly value you as our customer and hope this resolution demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction. We sincerely hope you can accept this offer.” Furthermore they stated that “If I still wished to return the product, I would need to pay for the return shipping and that they would deduct $7.99 (£6.00) for the original shipping cost and a restocking fee from a refund. Maybe In this case, keeping the product and accepting the compensation may be a more beneficial option for you.”

In reply to their latest offer I pointed out that their proposals were in conflict with UK Consumer Protection Law, which they are required to adhere to if selling items in the UK. Since the item supplied was significantly different to that illustrated in their advert and was also poor quality then, under the Law, a full refund was appropriate. Associated shipping and restocking costs were solely attributable to them having supplied a deficient item and under the Law these cannot be reassigned to the customer.

I had bought the product with my Credit Card and that this method of purchase gives protection to card holders in the event of such disputes. A full refund was again requested and I advised them that it was not received within the next 24 hours, I would contact my Credit Card Company and request them to categorise the matter as being In Dispute. A full refund was received the next day!

I finally advised them if they required me to return the necklace then I would obtain a shipping cost and on receipt of payment from them it would be returned. They subsequently advised that they did not want it returned – it has now been thrown away.

Never again will I purchase anything from this Company ------BUYERS BEWARE!!

Deceitful. The wooden looking ornaments that look like they are carved are flat, plastic pieces with photos of the animal ...after at least 4 emails to them requesting a full refund, I finally gave up and accepted 40% refund and threw them away because they didn't even want them back!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS.
