Total rip off, items not as portrayed. Ordered Christmas decoration which appeared to be 3D. Just a flat piece of plastic. Keep your money, buy in shop or off reputable Company.

I am really disappointed with the cat…
I am really disappointed with the cat figurine I received. It is nothing like the one in the advertising pictures. In the pictures the Cat has a smooth shiny surface and the patterns are beautifully done. The cat I received has a matte surface and the patterns are clumsily ENGRAVED onto the surface of the figurine!!! Even the color is completely wrong, some kind of turquoise. This is clearly a scam and I am not going to pay for this.
BUYERS BEWARE - A TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CONSUMER LAW AND CUSTOMERS RIGHTS
I saw an advert on Google for a Dog Hug Pendant Necklace (Two Tone) which was on offer by this this Company at £17.00 (normally £25.00) + £3.81 P & P. I purchased it as a present, however when it arrived it was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the item that was advertised, neither in appearance/detail or colour. Consequently I was too ashamed to give it as a present. I can only categorise it as being a “cheap defective piece of diecast metal” worth no more than £2.00.
I complained to the Company who then offered a 20% discount if I was willing to keep it. I advised them that I was not prepared to accept their offer and requested a full refund and pointed out that it had been purchased on a Credit Card.
They then stated that: “After careful consideration and reporting my concerns to the team, they were able to secure approval for a 30% refund of my order value.” They added “This was not an easy process, but we truly value you as our customer and hope this resolution demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction. We sincerely hope you can accept this offer.” Furthermore they stated that “If I still wished to return the product, I would need to pay for the return shipping and that they would deduct $7.99 (£6.00) for the original shipping cost and a restocking fee from a refund. Maybe In this case, keeping the product and accepting the compensation may be a more beneficial option for you.”
In reply to their latest offer I pointed out that their proposals were in conflict with UK Consumer Protection Law, which they are required to adhere to if selling items in the UK. Since the item supplied was significantly different to that illustrated in their advert and was also poor quality then, under the Law, a full refund was appropriate. Associated shipping and restocking costs were solely attributable to them having supplied a deficient item and under the Law these cannot be reassigned to the customer.
I had bought the product with my Credit Card and that this method of purchase gives protection to card holders in the event of such disputes. A full refund was again requested and I advised them that it was not received within the next 24 hours, I would contact my Credit Card Company and request them to categorise the matter as being In Dispute. A full refund was received the next day!
I finally advised them if they required me to return the necklace then I would obtain a shipping cost and on receipt of payment from them it would be returned. They subsequently advised that they did not want it returned – it has now been thrown away.
Never again will I purchase anything from this Company ------BUYERS BEWARE!!

In your reply you state that “Business Membership is required where a vehicle is used for financial gain”.
Having checked a number of references to the term “financial gain” they identify this as using a car or van to earn money or make a profit rather than using it for personal transport i.e. using a vehicle as part of a business where payment is made for the work involving the vehicle. It usually does not mean simply driving to and from the workplace(s).
Various examples of “financial gain” are given such as: a taxi or private hire, delivering goods for payment (courier & takeaway work), carrying passengers in return for payment, transporting goods for customers as a paid service.
You also have stated that Breakdown Cover relates to a single workplace location. From this restriction it would seem that say a shopworker, who was required to work at more than one branch, would require Business Cover or a nurse who similarly was required to work at more than one location would also require Business Cover.
Deceitful
Deceitful. The wooden looking ornaments that look like they are carved are flat, plastic pieces with photos of the animal ...after at least 4 emails to them requesting a full refund, I finally gave up and accepted 40% refund and threw them away because they didn't even want them back!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I purchased an ornament for our xmas tree and when it eventually arrived looked nothing like the picture. Stay clear of Figdoll
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. I wouldn’t have given it one star but I had no choice in order to write a review. Cheap, misleading pieces of junk! They’re going in the trash, I’m too embarrassed to give them as presents.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I saw their ad for the smart bouncing ball on YouTube, which showed a golden retriever happily playing with it. My dog is the same size but when the ball arrived I saw that it is only 2 inches, a severe choking hazard for a dog that size. Their return policy is very mean-spirited. I have to send it to China (from Canada)at my expense, pay a restocking fee and then they with give me a 40% refund. They are guilty of fraudulent advertising and then they punish the victim. I hope this company goes broke
Terrible product
Terrible product! Dog had it chewed & apart in less than 5 min. Don’t waste your money, do not buy!!!!!
Don't be fooled
I thought Christmas tree decorations were 3D, all I received was 2 flat pieces of plastic, could have bought these for $1 at a discount store. never again.
Buyer beware! Cheap and Horrible!
Buyer beware! I’m so annoyed at myself for not checking this company and its shoddy products on Trust Pilot before placing an order. If nothing else, I’ve learned a lesson! I saw an advert on Google for this company’s animal Christmas ornaments. They were having a sale and the ornaments looked truly beautiful. From the photos, they looked like 3D ornaments with incredible detail that could either be hung on a tree or used as stand alone ornaments. They weren’t terribly expensive for what I thought they were and I’ve bought similar ornaments from local shops which were made from a type of plasticky resin so I thought these were the same. So I went ahead and ordered two, just to try them. The delivery period was quite long but that was okay because I thought they were coming from the US and I was prepared to wait. Anyway they arrived today in an envelope that would have been suitable for a tube of mascara, not two ornaments. When I opened it, I tipped out two discs of plastic with photocopies of the ornaments on them, and a bit of gold string for tying. Both of them look like cheap, horrible tat, that I wouldn’t have paid £2.00 for, never mind £26.00 plus p&p! I went back to the site and looked again at the images and they honestly do look like they are 3D, and even the descriptions do not say that they’re just badly copied pictures on small flat pieces of plastic. I’m now bracing myself to attempt to return them but based on these reviews, I’m not going to have much luck. I’m just glad I didn’t buy more because they looked so lovely in the pictures. And I’m just kicking my own backside for not checking the reviews on Trust Pilot first!
I placed an order
I placed an order, received a confirmation of order but have not been provided a delivery date after 5 days.
In sending several email correspondences, have not received any replies. I truly suspect it is a scam site.

It’s awful don’t waste your money , it looks 3D in the advert but is actually flat and nothing like that advert. I contacted them by email and told them what I thought , HONESTLY i would not have bought it had I seen it even for £1 . I was going to give it as a gift to my daughter as she has lost her much loved cat, now as I can’t send it back I will bin it. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY .I WISH I HAD LOOKED AT TRUST PILOT FIRST .

The good displayed are nothing like the actual goods that I received. The ornaments shown to be 3D are actually a flat piece of plastic. Worth only a couple of dollar. Beware of this site
ITS A CON. STEER CLEAR.
Do not buy off Figdoll. Its a con.You do not get an ornament, you get a flat piece of plastic, a fridge magnet. I complained and they just go round in circles. You don't get your money back. So beware!!
Do not be conned by this site
Do not be conned by this site - I ordered this last Christmas, it took ages to get to me but more importantly it is NOT a three dimension ornament - I received a small, flat ornament with the flat image on the front - totally misrepresented and a cheat.
