Mi sono rivolta a Figus, insieme al mio gruppo di amiche, per comprare un regalo per una cara amica attualmente all’estero.
Non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
Abbiamo ricevuto un’assistenza nell’acquisto e nella successiva fase di spedizione veramente incredibile.
Lo consiglio spassionatamente, non si trovano speso professionisti così gentili e disponibili!
Io sono stata nel negozio in Corso Magenta che è veramente una chicca e le borse sono di evidente qualità nonché tutte bellissime.

The shop in corso Magenta is beautiful, the saleswoman charming and helpful. I couldn’t make up my mind as there was so many original bags. I bought 2 but when I came back home I visited the internet site and discovered some new models so I also bought another handbag and the shipment was very fast. It was a nice discovery

Authentic and not expensive:-)
The Labtob bag is a bit too small, the charging cable does not fit , but very elegant.
I have also ordered a Mini bag with a golden chain, there I’m a bit disappointed that I can not remove the chain and replace by a leather strap
I also believe that above 300 Euro the shipping should be included, So I got a voucher got the 22 Euro Shipping, which I appreciate

здравсвуйте,приобрела две сумки у вас разного оттенка,как показано на фото,разного цвета,как заявлено на сайте.Осталась в недоумении,так как получила две сумки одного цвета!В маленькой сумке для меня ремешок очень короткий,хотя я отрегулировала на всю длину,жаль,что на сайте не указана длина ремешка.Сделала возврат,но сайт по-моему ,работает неудобно,нет ясной информации для клиентов,как делать возврат ,не указан телефон,только адрес магазина,да и сам сайт не использует безопасного соединения.Разочарована,жду возврата денежных средств.Справедливо будет заметить,что фото рекламы сумок сделаны качествено на 5 звезд,но не более того,цвет в натуре не соответствует заявленному на фото.

Buongiorno Olga,
le informazioni che ha fornito nella recensione non sono corrette: i nostri numeri di telefono ed e-mail sono presenti sia online che tramite una ricerca Google. Saremo stati molto lieti di poterla aiutarla con le procedure di reso, che da politica aziendale vengono gestite dal nostro corriere, ma lei ha rispedito autonomamente le borse senza contattarci.
Abbiamo comunque disposto il reso nonostante l'imballo della spedizione non fosse adeguato e rispondente alle nostre procedure.
Per quanto riguarda il colore, ricordiamo che tutti i nostri pezzi sono unici, essendo la nostra una realtà artigianale; l'altra borsa di cui parla è invece dotata di un cursore, che permette di regolarne la lunghezza della tracolla a piacimento.

Ho comprato una nuova borsa diversi giorni fa. La adoro assolutamente, è molto bella, il colore è fantastico.

Ottima qualità e resistenza
In seguito ad un furto, la mia borsa è stata gettata in un canale e lì è rimasta, immersa nell'acqua, per una settimana. Altre borse sarebbero state completamente rovinate a questo punto. Ma lei è una borsa di FIGUS DESIGNER e, dopo una ripulita, è praticamente come nuova. Figus Designer produce articoli non solo belli, ma super resistenti e di qualità!
