Not the best of experiences with Filler Direct. It’s my second time ordering from this company after having a great experience my first.

I made my second order on Wednesday and my items were meant to be arriving on Thursday. Due to a serious attack made against me, I could not be at home for my parcel so reschedule it to be delivered at my work address the following day. Instead of the delivery company calling me to ask where my work was, they chose to put down I was not present. This has left me without filler all weekend. Filler direct had now said I have to wait until TUESDAY for my parcel so it can be rescheduled back to my home address.

The fact Ive had to go around in circles and still have no stock is terrible.

First time buying from here an ordered on a late Saturday evening and it was hear 11am Monday can not recommend this place enough delivery spot on tracking all the way to my front door customer service 10/10 they let me no when it was on its way and checked in to make sure everythink was fine when received an a lil sweet gift in the box I feel really reassured to buy from hear again and don’t think I will shop any where else Thankyou for just being such loverly people ❤️
