Agreed a price for an Olympus muji camera and sent off in the post to the address supplied
Royal Mail confirmed delivery to the address.
Film Camera store denied receiving the camera. Despite emailing them the post office delivery confirmation I received no further response.
Lessons learned send anything recorded/registered as it appears on google maps the address is a brick yard

I ordered an olympus recon camera for my partners birthday present.. The correspondence was excellent, tracking info up to date from UK to France and the camera arrived as expected. Excellent service and I will recommend you to everyone. Thankyou so very much, I have a super happy boyfriend!

Never responded to my aftercare questions about cleaning the large amount of makeup on the back of the camera. I understand it is secondhand but I at least expected it to be clean. The camera itself is in working order but the description could be more in-depth of the flaws on the website.

Seamless delivery however I feel I have been mislead into thinking one of the Olympus OM 10 in stock was in working conditions. I understand this is a model from 1979, which advertised as used in the ad, however I would expect a used camera to be in working conditions. The lever and the shutter are jammed and not in working conditions! Therefore the lack of transparency in the ad made me believe it was worth purchasing. To conclude I feel I have been mislead into believing I was buying a working used item and therefore cannot use the item as expected.

The website is pretty decent and looks like it might have some good stuff on it, I won't be buying any of it though. This is the only reason I've given them 2 stars instead of 1. So I order a retro digital compact camera to take on holiday, it arrives when they say it will no probs there. Okay I did leave it till last minute but still. So camera comes 1 day before I leave. I unpack it to find the wrong lead is in the box and it can't be charged making it totally useless. I now have to go out and buy another camera. I e-mail them while I'm away explain the situation and I'm told no worries just return it whenever I'm back for a full refund, sounds reasonable. I get back can I have a return postage stamp please? Oh no that's not in line with our returns policy! So you send me a camera that pretty much doesn't work as the wrong lead has been packed and you want me to pay the return postage? Yes. Never heard anything like it in my life! Can't trust them now so won't be buying from them again.

Would give zero starts if I could. Honestly terrible service, selling items under false pretences. Save your money, film and time.

Easy purchase and quick delivery although camera was thrown over gate by delivery company! Had been advertised as serviced, but came with dirty lens and mirror, the light seal was also missing.

Great service. Fully functional camera arrived as described with only minor cosmetic wear (expected for a camera made in the USSR).
Recommend if you're looking to get into film photography and want the assurance of a refurbed camera rather than take a gamble at a second hand one off ebay.

The delivery was perfect.
At one stage I got in touch and was told my delivery no. didn't exist.....panic...this was a present. Anyway I emailed, and immediately got a reply telling me it was already on the van...and it was. It was my mistake but it was dealt with brilliantly.

I was buying a nearly ninety year old camera. The camera arrived promptly before due date, thanks to prompt dispatch (also praise to postal services) the camera arrived today. It was well packed seems to be in good working condition. I cannot wait to put a film or two through it.

The delivery is really speedy and specialised for the kinds of stuff being transported. Happy that the cameras are all refurbished and trustworthy.

The camera was not delivered until I emailed as to why not, but a very quick reply explaining the delay.

There’s no information online that all cameras are used and the camera I eventually received didn’t work. I also have to pay to return the item.
