Order didn’t turn up on date that was stipulated, extremely slow on email reply’s , then there they said there was a problem with an extremely central postcode, no tracking.
Terrible experience would you not buy from here again, and I am trying for a refund.

Sold exactly as described and arrived 3 days sooner than expected.

Really bad experience. The camera arrived with the sides peeling off and I was instructed to glue it back on myself.

After getting the first role developed the picture quality was TERRIBLE - under exposed and unfocused. It feels like a camera that just hasn't been serviced. I wouldn't trust the reviews on the website either. Gutted that the film was a total waste of time.

I ordered a camera, it was supposed to reach my address in Italy on the 24th of May and it still isn't there. Just lost around £300.

Prompt delivery. The strap arrived in good condition and I’m looking forward to using with my camera.

I ordered a camera which arrived with a very loose battery compartment door. I returned the camera because for the price I expected a camera that was ready to use on arrival, but in all fairness it was a 40 year old camera, and with a plastic body. I emailed and they offered to fix the battery door for me if I wanted. Throughout the orders process customer service was quite responsive to me although sometimes it took a couple of days.

Slow delivery. I ordered an item for my daughters birthday and was estimated to arrive by the 8th May but I never got until the 15th May and was late.

I ordered a camera on April 6th and I still have not received my package (May 16). It was estimated to get to my house in New Zealand by May 2. I have emailed this company many times and never heard back from them.

I usually don't leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience with the camera I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the product didn't meet my expectations and I found it different from what I had anticipated. I reached out to the company few times via email to process a return, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response. As a result, I would recommend not using this company when making a purchase.

I gave the experience two stars as the end result, with much effort, was just acceptable. This is a limited edition, hand-restored item and quite expensive at $368 AUD. We ordered the camera on the 18th of March. It shipped two weeks later on the 3rd of April and remained at an airport in the UK for another three weeks, eventually arriving on the 4th of March. Not the fault of the vendor, but be aware that the UK postal system is not as efficient as elsewhere. Unfortunately when the camera arrived, much of the laminated leather work had detached from the camera. We understand that this is a restored vintage product, but we feel that the new work that was done on it should be professionally affixed so that it lasts for years, not weeks. When we showed photos of this to the vendor, there was no apology or offer of compensation, just a note on how we could fix it ourselves with superglue. This was very disappointing. The camera was to be a gift to a friend. Superglue is not what was used, nor the best way to attach leather to plastic, so after some research I purchased contact adhesive. Several careful hours later, the leather is now securely attached and should last for years. The product now looks like it should have done as purchased. I just didn't expect that I would have had to redo all that work myself.

Had an issue with my order and the customer service were brilliant in helping me with my problem. Will for sure be buying from here again:)

Although the item I'd ordered was out of stock, they got in touch very quickly to organise a replacement. This was shipped in really good time and arrived super quick! Efficient and communicative, everything you'd want from an online shop
