Ordered a super 8 camera, never received. Contacted the seller multiple times, no reply, ended up getting a refund through paypal thankfully

Do not buy from. Sold me a camera that does not work and then will not refund me as it was past the 90 days however the camera obviously never worked.

Absolutely amazing service from the team, can’t thank them enough for how efficient they were from the moment the purchase was made. The items were sent straight away and when one of them got severely delayed (Royal Mail’s fault) the team were very quick to remedy the situation. I will certainly become a regular customer from now on.

Camera arrive in perfect like new conditions

The delivery was excellent. The product is perfect, I love it!

I ordered my camera at the end of October but didn’t receive until February. The camera arrived and works but just be aware there may be a long long wait more than advertised. The customer service was ok with them saying it was out for delivery but bright Royal Mail or a post had a tracking number for me.

Apart from the quick courier delivery, I was impressed most by their excellent Customer Service.
All of my queries to them, by email. were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
I will have no hesitation of purchasing from Film Camera Store again.

I have bought 2 cameras now from here and about to buy my second, they've never failed me!

Was bought a camera by colleagues as a wedding gift that turned out to be faulty. On my wedding day I tried to use the camera but it turned out to be faulty. I emailed the company and was told that it was outside of their, frankly outrageous 14 days returns policy. How can you sell a camera for nearly £400 that doesnt function, then just turn a blind eye?

- They offered 'support' where I sent videos and photos of the issues, it took them 6 weeks to respond stating that the link to the photos and videos had expired.
- I then sent another link showing what was going wrong, to which they offered advise where they clearly didnt watch the video. Saying to try in manual mode when in the video i clearly show that it didnt function in manual mode either.

Please avoid this company and take heed of the other reviews on this page, unless you fancy being stuck with a non-functioning camera and zero support

I have never been more disappointed of an experience. I purchase this camera in December as a Christmas gift. When opened the batteries were dead and the camera was unable to take photos. As I spent €200 on the camera and 70 on tax Because it’s outside the EU I tried to figure out the problem by asking professionals. They told me no shop should ever feel alright selling someone a camera like this and I should look for a complete refund. When contacting film camera uk they took two weeks replied and said that because I got someone too look at even if though the camera was fully just view not tampered with there not entitled to give me a refund because they took so long to reply they said they were outside the return policy window. They knew exactly what they were doing, please please do not purchase from them.

I'm sorry to say not happy with condition of camera case I bought. Did not match picture as advertised on website. I appreciate it was second hand but the description did not mention that parts of it were very tatty and frayed. Have to return. Happy to have paid postage to receive item but not happy that now have to pay postage to return it. Very disappointed.

Original item ordered was not in stock so an alternative was offered of similar specifications and equal value. This was then sent express without additional charge.

Received first class service from the Film Camera Store when buying a point and shoot camera for my daughter's Christmas. Their expert advice was most welcome and their customer service of the highest standard. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. Thank you for all your support.

100% Do not use this company. Bought a camera from them at the end of last year which arrived late. I decided to return the camera when it arrived, so I emailed them. They got in touch with me minutes after sending email saying I should return the camera to their address and the refund will be processed 5 days later. I've returned the camera on the 21st of December 2022, tracked and delivered. To this day, they aren't replying to my emails and disputing my claim on Paypal. Will be pursuing them in small claims court out of principle.

The waterproof camera that I purchased especially for a snorkelling experience abroad Was a disaster. The outer case lost a piece of plastic which meant that I was unable to take any underwater photos.
