What a rip
What a rip. All the write-up you guys did on the Citi Simplicity Card says how great this card is for transferring a balance. What it fails to mention is once you get done with all the paperwork to apply, they accept you and present a screen where you can begin a transfer. The catch is, and it's a big catch for me, is they only gave me a credit limit of $3000. Here I had dreams of transferring nearly $30,000. I can't see an account with that low of a limit. I have a fico score of over 800 according to Citi. $3000 does me very little good. I Might just cancel this if they will not work with me.

Hi James, unfortunately Citi defines the credit limit of each customer, and FinanceBuzz does not know in advance what each individual's personal credit situation may be.
There is no way for us to know what credit limit you may get on a certain credit card. We're sorry you weren't pleased with the outcome from Citi.
