Claire supported me most recently through me first re-mortgage (already supplied the mortgage to begin with and was excellent) the process itself was incredibly quick and easy. Claire secured me a much much lower rate than I was on and the fact it was with the same lender meant absolutely no effort was required on my part. As the approach of my mortgage change drew closer Claire took the liberty to check if she could squeeze a better rate nearer the time and she did it !
