finbird is a great professional company. When i came to them with a property in Berlin which i would like to buy, I had completely no clue of how get financing or what the process was. They gave me unmatched experience which not only helped me to secure the credit but also supported me after the credit was approved. As a non-german speaker, i was supported with finding lawyer, translator and many small steps which usually comes when one is in the process. I have already recommended at-least 4 of my colleagues / friends and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for credit, and support to get a financing through. Expert advice and a friendly approach!
It was our first exeperience of buying real estate in Germany and given the bureaucracy and the paperwork, it was overwhelming! Finbird really made the process much easier through expert navigation of the banking side, helping us in the overall buying process like recommendations and connections to other stakeholders who were needed to close the deal!
We ended up working with Finbird another time for a rental property given our 1st experience and will work again in the future given the opportunity!
