Ordered a quilted pillow case with a Highland cow with daisies. Received a printed flat pillowcase with no quilting and no daisies. It was cheaply made. The cow was printed in shades of dirty red and was nothing like the picture on the website. Total ripoff.

I would give no stars if I could.
1.package arrived way past Christmas although I ordered in early November.
2. The items looks different than the website represented.
3. My emails were always answered by a 3rd party called Silver City.
4.They asked for all kinds of proof of purchase which I sent exactly as they asked.
5. I tried to return but they refuse to give my money back even thought it states 90 day money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied.
I cannot recommend them to anyone.

On Dec 2, 2025, I ordered 2 quilted totes for Christmas gifting. FINALLY! on Jan 22, 2026, I received them! They are nothing like the website picture! Definitely not “quilted”! Just a print on some material! Nothing exceptional like their customer service which is only done through an email! No telephone number to speak with a customer representative to check on status of order! This has been a live and learn experience and I have learned not to order from this Chinese website again!

I ordered what appeared to be a nice sweater, called the men's western style wool half zip pullover. I did receive the item within a reasonable time, but that is the only positive thing about this whole debacle! The item is a very cheap polyester heavy tee shirt. It is not wool. It is not woven. The leather collar and elbow patches are also polyester. The pattern is printed on the item. It's just not even close to the description or picture. I found reviews after I made the order, too bad I didn't find them sooner! Do not do business with this company. They do not provide the item they promise, but you sure pay for what they promise! Lesson learned. Always check for reviews, and be sure the reviews are real. Again, do not do business with finddbest. They are not even close to being best...unless scamming folks out of money is considered being best.

What a joke. I had to go back and look at what I ordered and compared it to what I finally received to see if I wasn't remembering the item correctly. Nope...ordered a quilted table runner and what I received what a flat piece of cloth with the image screen-printed on upside down.

Cheap, not as pictured!! They stated they were quilted, they were not!!! Scammers, do not purchase anything!!

Looks like I got scammed also. I ordered a Duffel Bag from them for my daughter. Looking back, I do not see a confirmation email and its been almost 3 weeks.
Went to look them up and came across all these reviews about people being scammed. I usually do my due diligence, but not this time. Sorry for everyone...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I should have looked for reviews before purchasing this item, but I wasn’t sure what company it came from. Overwhelmingly, others have had the same experience I had. It advertises ‘90 day returns with no questions asked, full satisfaction guaranteed’. But when you try to return something, they do everything they can to dissuade you from doing so. It would be at least another $20 they say, and suggested I just keep it and give it away. Which I will do because I do not want to invest another penny in this company. I could tell that the person responding to me was probably using Google translate to express herself.
I ordered a sweater that looked or fit nothing like the photo, didn’t even have a label on it, and came in a flimsy plastic bag from China. It took a long time for me to receive it, and I was honestly surprised that I did. I figured it was a scam and I would not receive it at all. But right away I was told to not return it to the return address, which was a US address. As if I would try to without having any authorization for the return? And then I had to prove that I indeed received the product by providing a photo of the sweater, the UPC code which was on the bag, and a copy of the tracking number. Why? Why was there any doubt that I was the purchaser and paid for this item when it was all outlined in the email? I only wish that I had seen their guarantee notice before I responded back to them the last time. They offered me a 15% coupon for my next purchase and I said never.

They are a SCAM - do NOT purchase. NO WOOL. NO LEATHER. ALL SYNTHETIC POLYESTER WITH FAKE PRINTED ON DESIGN!!!!!

The tote bags and decoration were very cheaply made and website is very deceiving as to what they look like.
One tote bag still has not arrived, but it is after 30 days. Even though findbest website says it arrived, the tracking says it is still in California, not NC.
Will contact credit card company.

Tracking information kept disappearing...tracking number changed. USPS notified me once that it was unavailable because there was a "fraudulent postage"
issue. When shipment arrived it was COMPLETELY different item than I ordered. (they sent a 2" x 1/4" little piece of metal on a key ring-I ordered a Christmas ornament) When company finally replied to all my emails, they offered a 30% refund but I had to pay $20 to return their junk to China. The item I ordered cost $22.30!!! When I emailed them back that it was not acceptable, I never heard back from them. Because they DID send me SOMETHING....I am not able to get any help from my credit card in getting my money back so this FRAUDULENT company wins.

i feel like i have been scammed as the package hasn't arrived which was ordered and paid for 1/7/2026 and i can't seem to ahold of the company. i am disgusted with myself and of course the company too. darn.

This site is totally misleading. I ordered a blanket under the 'quilted' section. There was nothing quilted about the item I received. The quilted blanket was a fleece blanket with the image on it. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing anything from this Chinese company. Worse than Temu!

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a table runner that was NOT quilted; just photographed. Big rip-off. I would advise against any purchase from this site.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star. Their business is primarily deception through false advertising. Their "quilted " line is a merely a photo copy on cheap fabric. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! You will regret it.
They advertised heavy on black Friday and these phony items didn't arrive til mid January. Trash!

THIS COMAPNY IS A SCAM!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ITEM! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AS THEY ONLY GIVE AN EMAIL BUT IT JUST BOUNCES BACK!

don't buy from finddbest ! I haven't received my order and they have already taken my money. I can't get ahold of anyone at Finddbest.

Ordered ornaments for gifts and they sent a shirt. I have been going back and forth with them for a refund. They initially offered 20% and are not up to 40% after numerous emails. Definitely are frauds and thieves.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could! BUYER BEWARE! I believe this is a scam and a sham company! I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful, handmade, quilted tote bag, as that was the written description and the photos on the website. What I received was an unquilted, cheaply-made bag. I have sent an email to their email address along with photos of the bag demanding a full refund (also stated on their website) but after reading these reviews, I have little hope of receiving any satisfaction. This company should be investigated for fraud!

Inferior embroidery on baseball caps. The heads of lady liberty have a beard and her torches are out of proportions. The “7s” on 1776 are crooked, I paid over $25 for each cap. The 8 caps came in a plastic bag, with no packing materials. The bills and bodies are all crushed. I can’t give them away, THEY LOOK USED!! They made me take pictures and make remarks on each cap and only offered me 15%. The last time I heard from them, Nov. 20, it was 25% of the $181.30. They use zendesk.com for their correspondence. I’m turning them in to PayPal. I have no choice
