You do not get what is advertised. My fault for not checking before purchasing. It was Christmas and the table runner looked the perfect gift. I ordered it 12/16/2025. They advertise as QUILTED - what I got 4 weeks later (1/9/2026)was screen printed. Not 1 stitch on the item (except for the edges). So, falsely advertise!! It came from China, not made in USA. Cheap knock off and not what was advertised. STAY AWAY!!!! I would have ordered so many of their other items - tote bag, placemats etc. Now, NO WAY.

EVERYTHING! No merchandise! Refuse to refund. This has been going on since NOV 7th, 2025. Thieves! Keep sending emails of giving me 20-50% off. They took my $. 50% off of nothing is still nothing

This vendor (as others have noted) show a photo of a 3D open walnut with a stuffed squirrel or fox inside. All these crooks send you is a flat piece of plastic with a photo on it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have not received my item 53 days after I ordered it. I’ve emailed them several times regarding a full refund if not delivered in 30 days as guaranteed when I purchased the item. All I get back is offers to ship again, or a 30% discount coupon for another item.

The pictures on the website are beautiful - the product I received was nothing like that. I ordered a tote that was supposed to be "Quilted" and it was in no way like that. The tote I received was worth about $10 dollars - not the $46 and change I paid. Very misleading. If it actually was like the way it was described in the photo that would have been excellent. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I would not recommend this company since they are not transparent in their advertising and policies. I tried to return Christmas ornaments that were not the quality I expected for the price, and after sending pictures and explanations, was told they don't accept returns unless the merchandise is damaged. However, that was not stated anywhere on their site or in making the purchase. I'm lucky I didn't spend any more money than I did!

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! I would give this website a zero but wanted to warn others--BUYER BEWARE!!
I loved the 3D look of quilted surfaces on bags and the bag subjects themselves. I ordered online with the special 50% discount and thought what a deal on December 12th. December 29th, I haven't received any bags even though on website they say that order has been "shipped" and I can order again.
To date, I have received nothing from this website except disappointment.
I tried using the customer service email address; there is no way to reach customer service. I am afraid I have lost the money I invested in this website. I cannot find a "how to contact" phone number which should have popped up as a red flag.
While the website feels "real" and the merchandise very well made, because of this experience I feel I have been scammed.
I plan to delete and unsubscribe this website from my computer.

I ordered and paid for four Christmas ornaments and received two with one of the boxes marked 4. Do not buy anything from this company. I never knew the products came from a Chinese company. They are totally dishonest and are making money by cheating the American public. Total jerks

Like others, I would give this company a 0 rating. I was kind of in a panic trying to find a last minute Christmas present for my wife and found what was described as a hand made tote bag (didn't realize it was a product from China) that I thought my wife would really like. Long story short, I was charged and the few communications I have received since then appear to be like smoke and mirrors. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it and one less Christmas gift for my wife. My opinion, they should be ashamed and prosecuted.

The ornaments are described as "crystal glass". They are cheap plastic. The pictures show 3D figures/scenes inside the ornaments, but it is just a picture printed on a disc. The pictures of the marbles show graphics inside the marbles, but it is just a sticker on the outside of a glass half marble. I wrote the company immediately with my complaints and received two replies that totally ignored my complaint giving me a ton of hoops to jump through just to start the process of a return. The items I ordered are nothing like their pictures and the return process is basically non-existent.

Ordered first part of December- now Xmas Eve- no product to give as gift- plenty of time to ship for Xmas- no reorder for me- wish just to cancel order and get money back- not a chance to ever get that wish- bad company

I order my shoes a month ago haven't got them yet I have no number to call toke my money but no shoes I don't have money to drown away

I waited over a month to get the ornaments and they were very disappointing. Not at all what they looked like. and way to much money.

I don't know what this company can do it seems like it is running a scam on Publishers Cleaning house where I place my order only to find they do not answer their emails I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get them to reply after trying multiple times to find out why my order hasn't been ship and when on their web site . I try to find my order with it only saying it doesn't exist. I see now there is another web site call JenJerr running the same product as FindBest. And it is now under Totria.com watch out I think this is a scam Read all reviews on any company first. I wish I did get back my money from paypal. Watch out they are under another name now call craftfash.com and now under snivaro.com. I have also found them selling on Amazon watch out these Chinese companys are all over the place

Do not buy from them at all. Christmas ornaments are not as shown. Not "glass" globes & figures inside are just pictures glued on a piece of plastic board. Embarrassed to give as gifts & might as well be no return policy as you pay shipping if not satisfied with their product & it cost more to return than cost of item(s) was told by company. Offered me a 15% refund, then 20% only.

Unfortunately, I didn't look at reviews before ordering.
I ordered something for Christmas and it hasn't arrived in 9 days. So, went to website to track it. Can't do that! 5 days left. I have a feeling it won't arrive in time. No phone to call. Not able to see if even shipped. BEWARE!

Still have not received the items that I ordered but after reading the reviews I doubt I will be able to give as gifts. The real question here is why is a company like this still able to scam customers Somehow they should be banned. Lesson learned is to only deal with trusted sites or a local business

The item's web page photo was doctored to give a 3d appearance but the item received was just a flat cheap ️Medallion of Forest Animal Acorn Ornaments – Cozy Forest Christmas Ornaments!

Forest animal ornaments were very sweet as viewed online, but in hand not anywhere near worth the price. These are a flat, cheap picture in possibly resin with a piece of twine wrapped around. Website with ornaments is no longer available. This is the second time I've gotten taken in by a supposedly real company. Hopefully I've learned my lesson.

I ordered an item that was defective and also misrepresented on their website. Said the garment was 100% cotton but the tag said 100% polyester. I attempted to request a full refund and a return postage paid label. I was told I had to provide pictures, so I did, as well as screenshots of their policies, etc., and got nowhere. Excuses were made regarding the high postage costs to return to Hong Kong, etc., and I would have to incur the cost to ship the item back, despite it was false advertising and the item had several material flaws. They proceeded to tell me the financial struggle the company was undergoing, etc. (as if this is my fault?). After over a dozen emails, the end result is that I received a refund for less than half of the cost of the item and shipping and freight insurance that I paid. I will NEVER order from them again. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and I would NOT recommend shopping on this site.
