I placed an order for christmas ornaments on 11/14/25. When I received my order confirmation it was clear this was coming from China and I would have difficulty with any returns so I immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. It has now been five days and I have had 5 or 6 email exchanges with them. They are still trying to convince me to process my order and it will be shipped timely. Another email was to give me another 15% off. They will not process my refund which their policy states they will for any cancelled orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM>

This company does not honor their return policy. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for a total of 87.56 1 pair barely fit the second pair I could not even put on . If I had a place to post a picture I would. I placed the 1 shoe of each style on there side and placed them heel to toe . 1 pair is 2 inches short er I have contact return department band was told since shipping them back to China was so expensive they would refund me 20 % percent of my orders. My response was no unacceptable and their refund policy said says if the item is incorrect they will refund and customer will not pay shipping. I'm on the 14 email and the said they would give 25% and they have been more then fair. I do not recommend this company at all

Poor Quality - Item gets shipped directly from China; I was told its very expensive to send back and they offered a 20% refund. Size was not true. It was like a poorly made moccasin.

Received the products and they were really cheap Chinese knock-offs. As the company has a 30 day money back guarantee I requested to return the products. The company makes it extremely difficult to process returns, including taking photos of the products and trying to dissuade you by offering a coupon for future purchases. I'm on my 6th email exchange and have simply asked that they honor their guarantee. I've acknowledged that I am responsible for return shipping and the company still attempts to provide counteroffers vice providing the return address and instructions.

9/29/25 Still working on a refund. They now offer 20% and say the lost money will be less than the cost to return the shoes to China.

Up until now they wouldn't give that much info on where to return the shoes to. Really, my cousin has been asking for a return shipping address for months.

If a company makes you pay for return shipping outside of the US they should inform you of that prior to purchasing that on the website.

They have also billed her credit card twice for the same same order.

Emily, the person apparently NOT working on the refund has just stopped communicating.

This whole thing has been going on almost a month. I'm still d-mailing them but, well, I'm changing my rating to 1 star, this is ridiculous.

I gave it 2 stars because they did send a product, but returns, don't count on it.

A family member found this site and ordered shoes. She got the shoes but they were the wrong size. She worked on getting a refund, I've tried to help her, they are holding onto that money with both hands, which is stupid, because she likes the shoes she just wanted to get a refund and buy them in a different size.

We've been going through hoop after hoop to return the shoes. I know she had several interactions with them, I'm on the 3'rd e-mail. Finally they have offered 15% back, with no return, that's not what was asked for.

So, it's anyone's guess if they will let her return the shoes or not. Apparently, their return address is top secrete and can't be given out to customers, or at least they won't give it to us.
