This company has to be a scam! Maybe great for owners, but not for renters.
We applied for a newly listed condo and paid $90 when filling out the required forms.
Half an hour later, Findings.com sent an email saying your application was declined as the owners chose someone else!

My girlfriend and I together make over $100,000 per year. We each paid $59 each to get into a rental home that was only $1390 per month. These people turned us down over some BS credit score. We both pay our bills ON TIME. Definite scam.

Horrible site that is not user friendly. They ask for more information to rent an apartment than most banks ask to buy a house. Ridiculous waste of time and stress.

Total SCAM. My son and four friends that are in college try to rent a house from them. They each had to do a $65 application fee. Then were told each of the 5 kids parents had to do a $65 application fee (10 applications, $650 total which I find to be insane). Then house goes off the market. Two days later house is back on the market and told that day they didn’t get the house and won’t be able to get the application money back. Out of the 5 family’s, I would say we make the least at $250k a year with his buddies dad being a professional tennis player and when you google his net worth it says he worth $25 million. We found out the home owner didn't want to rent to college kids. So why take our money then.

The process was easy to understand. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the application. It made me feel even more confident about my decision.

It was great. When ever we had a question someone always got back with us ASAP. The entire process was easy and pain less. It was easy to navigate on the computer for someone who is not computer knowledgeable.

Everyone I spoke to/chatted with online with was very nice, helpful and answered all of my questions. The back and forth to get my previous rental history was kind of taxing but nothing insane. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. I would recommend this to a friend, but with the warning that this is not going to happen as fast as other rental processes at other places I have rented from. But they do have good customer service from what I have experienced!

It was easy & quick . I took over someone’s lease so I had to use another address and they had to switch it once the application came through . They do ask for a lot of information but less than 24 hrs I got approved and got my keys a couple days later . So far I love this company !

They made the renting process extremely easy, whole heartedly recommend them to other renters.

The process was easy… it was my first time using this type of verification process and felt a bit scammy at first asking for my Live Photo, but turned out legit.

I never heard back from findigs. I paid the 49 dollar application fee for 10295 Stafford, each time I requested a showing, no showing available.

Very thorough but all information should be asked for up front. Too many additional requests

Entire experience was terrible with poor communication.

Worst experience due to delays of messages and impersonal distance. This system almost caused and would have caused me to stop pursuing this property if it wasn't a ridiculous value. I ended up renting INSPITE OF THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I had the worse experience with the underwriter Felicia Melton. She was very unprofessional and consistently prolonged my process. My income was way over the limit and she denied my application and then proceeded to state "the house just isn't for you" and making remarks telling me that there were people applying for the same house; basically trying to discourage me. Her consistently negative remarks delayed my process because she kept asking me to send more documents.She ignored my uploaded documents taking many hours and even a whole next day to respond to my inquiries.After asking me to send a document and exposing that she had candidates lined up applying for the home,
she told me that someone else was approved. I immediately thought she'd compromised my sensitive documents to sell to other potential applicant. Why would she drag my process out nearly 2 weeks. She did not want me to have the house. I reached out to property management company and they immediately got me connected with her manager, who viewed my file and stated that i was approved based on the documents that I'd submitted prior. The manager was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She compensated me only if I chose not apply the approval to another property because someone had been approved in the midst of Felicia delaying my process the day before. The approved applicant had 24 hours to sign the lease and pay the deposit in rich the failed to do. The manager told me that i was next up. I paid my deposit and secured the home. Sad situation that people like Felicia has people personal information at her leisure. She tried to pull a power move by not wanting to revert my declined status due to me reporting her. She had a bad attitude and disposition after I reported her behavior.

It’s a great company not a scam was worried at first and thought I was getting scammed but I just prayed and started to trust the process got approved for the house now I’m just waiting for the next step
