Same song, apparently the upteenth verse, and apparently this (Irish per their website) company's modus operandi.

My credit card was properly charged $1.99 on July 12th for a 3 day trial period. Their website said a charge of $39.99 would be charged at the end of the trial period, unless the subscription was cancelled by then. However, THE VERY NEXT DAY (and well before the expiration of the 3 day trial period), they charged my card the $39.99, without my authorization, Their customer service did reverse the then still-pending unauthorized charge.

If you do use this company, watch your credit card transactions like a hawk!

I first paid 1,99 - and I got no manual!
Then Find My Manual took 39,99 - from my account- for one month. I had never ordered or asked for that! I got no manual!
Now i have tried to contact the company in order to get my money back. They want me to pay another company to help me get the money back from Findmymanual!
I look at FindMyManual as either stupid, dishonest or thiefs!!!
Dont use their services!!

Yesterday I registered in order to be able to search for a manual and was charged $1.53 (about $2). OK so far.
They did not have the manual I requested so I did not buy or download anything but they attempted to charge
me £30.91. Fortunately my bank declined the payment

My experience is the same as others. Looked for a manual for an automatic kitty litter box, it showed that it was available. $1.99 for the one manual. Never showed up. The next day it tried to charge me $39.99. My bank stopped it. But now my account is frozen until I get my new card. :-[ Definitely A SCAM.

Avoid at all costs total scam.
I tried to purchase a manual next day the bank had stopped all my transactions as this company tried to take another £31.35 the following day.

I wouldn't even give him a start for what they pulls that was a scam I haven't received the manual It was never downloaded they scam me I don't like it and I'm going to get satisfaction of getting the authorities after their butt!!!

I paid$1.99 for a manual I never received, then they charged me the next day $39.99 for a subscription I never ordered,the next day they charged me another $1.99.I went on their website and canceled the subscription, I also emailed the company of my cancelation, which they emailed back it was a 72 hour trial,I canceled 20 hours after my initial purchase,yet they didn't return my money.Horribly deceptive company

I paid a minimal amount of $3.42 to find a manual. Three days access was given for the amount and then you will be charged after this point. They had no manual for what I was after. So I put a request in and still no answer. Not even one day and I've been charged $70 for the subscription, and still no contact or manual. Total rip off and misleading pack of bastards.

My experience was exactly the same as everyone here. Luckily my cc blocked the follow-up charge of $39US. I had to change my cc number and update all auto-billing. BTW - they did not have the manual I was looking for. TOTAL SCAM.

Scam website. My transaction didn't go through and my bank told me that was because the bank had blocked the transaction due to the company being known as fraudsters.

Please contact your credit card company if you believed you have been scammed. My experience was the same everyone else. No need to repeat.

Do not deal with this lot,complete scammers they take the £1.49 for a manual that never arrived and then deduct another £29.66 same day. My bank will be looking at this lot after 7 days.

I ordered a manual which they could not find and was initially charged £0.95 as quoted but I just looked at my bank statement now and was shocked to see on my next month statement Findmymanual then charged £95.50 the next month! Looking at reviews below this has happened to several other people. Not sure if they are just thieves or they got hacked? I will contact my bank and see what can be done. But in any case, STAY WELL AWAY!!

Total scam. My wife is elderly and vulnerable and she has lost £200 to these thieves. If I could award a no star I would do so. I will try and expose them in the national Press. They must be stopped.

Looking at my bank statement I realised what should have cost me 95 PENCE has now cost me 2 lots of £99.95 for something I didn't ask for. I've just found this review page and realised their scammers. Off to bank 1st thing Tuesday morning 🤬

Scam same as everyone else, and it’s impossible to stop them. They need to be stopped. My bank says it can’t stop them until I unsubribe, but you can’t even put your email in.

Ordered a manual at a cost of £0.95. A week later a charge of £99.95 was charged to my credit card. Bank stopped payment, put it through as fraud and stopped my bank card.

I am retired and like everyone else can ill afford to pay for something like this. I have tried to email them via their website but although it said it had been sent the email has bounced back to me. It is very upsetting and it makes you feel stupid. The funny thing is the manual was for my washing machine which broke down 2 week later. Hey ho

I thought I ordered one manual for a very small amount. But then I saw that GBP 49.95 was deducted from my credit card. I thought it must have been my mistake and I accidentally bought all the manuals possible. Only now two months later, when I saw that another GBP 49.95 was deducted, did I start research other comments about the company online, and I realised that this was actually a subscription. There is nothing that makes that clear. I found my original confirmation of ordering the one manual and there is nothing that mentions subscription, actual costs and other terms - how can this be legal ?

A scam company. I paid 99p for a download of a manual (unreadable). Then discovered they had taken £99.95 out 2 weeks later for a subscription I didn't ask for. I rang company but no response. I got my bank to put a stop on them and investigate this fraud. They will continue to take money out of your bank account until you cancel the subscription,which I found impossible to do. This is definitely a SCAM company. Please do not use them or tick terms & conditions. I am going to report them to Watchdog, this scam needs to be stopped.
