What a lovely experience
What a lovely experience. I ordered two rings, both for me. I didn't pick the correct size so I sent them back with a completed return with change of size details and within a week I received the new size I'd requested and I love them. Really gorgeous rings and wonderful service 👍😘

Very happy with the ring itself, however the team were brilliant and even honoured the free affirmation ring (with purchases over €50) when I enquired about it, post purchase, and they honoured it and gave it to me anyway. Not great customer service
Delivery was ok, the issue was the sizing. check my finger size according to sizing guide on their website. It came way too big, also there is no receipt saying what size they delivered. So never know even the right size was delivered. meant to be for my middle finger, it was even way too big for even my thumb.
I returned it straightaway, did not get the refund for nearly a month although the return form stated refund will be made with in 5 days of receiving the returned item.
when I emailed the customer service, they just threw money (deducted the original delivery cost so you have to pay 2 delivery cost both coming and return no mutter what the reason for refund was) to my PayPal account without replying email.
I personally thought the ring did not worth the price. not great customer service, feel like I wouldn't have got my refund If I hadn't emailed them.

Ring was delivered okay however it was the wrong size - I have emailed twice and contacted them on instagram to organise exchanging for a larger size and they have completely ignored me. Only order if you are 100% on ring size!

Poor quality
The ring cost 70 euro. It is not stamped. Very thin and poor quality. I wish I had returned it but wore it one day and it became bent so was unable to return it. Would not recommend this company. 😕
