This company is extremely excellent there delivery service is second to none the quality of the product is superb and the service is brilliant I've purchased two items and have been extremely pleased with them

Beautiful products and packaged very well. Delivery was very good, taking into account all the strikes. So very pleased overall.

I ordered an item as a Christmas present on the 16th December, delivery said 2-4 days. It is now the 24th December and the item hasn’t even been dispatched. I contacted the company, unfortunately they were no help, they just said the item would be dispatched on the 3rd of January when they re-open. I then told them how disappointed I was and asked why the item hasn’t even been dispatched. They ignored me! Terrible customer service!

I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas. The delivery was delayed and I contacted Tranquility as I was worried it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. They resent my order and as it turned out I received both which are absolutely beautiful pieces. When I contacted them to send back one of the rings, as I had only paid for one, Mark told me to give it to someone as an act of kindness for Christmas. In todays climate where businesses are struggling with high overheads and costs, to have this response was so unexpected and so special. It really speaks volumes about the company and its ethos. I ordered the correct size following their guidance on the website. The ring arrived on time but was huge and I had to return it and requested an exchange. I can see on the Royal Mail website that it’s been delivered but they’ve been ignoring my emails which is very unpleasant and disappointing.
Communication is the key and sadly (as the quality seems good) I won’t purchase from them again.

UPDATE:
There has been a delay but it’s all been resolved. I had to return the ring as it was still too big despite sizing down by two sizes.

Excellent customer service. I was concerned about delivery and I received an email by return. Item ordered is gorgeous. Will be back to purchase again.

I ordered two of these rings on the 18th November and have still not received my order….think it’s ironic I have been asked to review an item I have yet to receive….have emailed twice about this…

I sized my finger according to the website and the ring was too big. The quality did seem good but I had to return as it didn’t fit

I still haven’t received my order. Also when I emailed querying the deliver data I got a generic response saying that you are extremely busy. This was bought as a gift and now it hasn’t arrived on time.

I placed an order for something on the 18th November .. I needed it for today the 2nd Dec. When it arrived on the 23rd November , it was the completely wrong thing and the wrong size. I messaged them on the day to say I really needed the right thing sent as I need it this week for a present. I was delighted when they responded to say they would send it straight away, so I got an email for a new order and didn’t have to return the other item(this is where the 2 stars come in) I was delighted that they processed the order for me and didn’t have to wait for a return. However, they didn’t actually send the item. I had to message them again this week , and then I got an email on Tuesday night to say it was shipped so of course I was never going to get it in time. Royal Mail haven’t even received it yet and I have to go to a party later empty handed. Never be using this site again.

Ordered my ring on 29th May, still waiting for it. So disappointing. I wanted to purchase more from the company but due to the delivery issues and lack of updates I won't be. I would not recommend this company.

My ring was huge even though my size was correct and the spinner didn't work. Really looking forward to wearing the ring as I'm a skin picker and thought it would really help me.

I bought two rings for different people as gifts. They arrived in the same pouch. I thought this was a bit miserable and one of the rings didn’t spin as it should. Altogether a bit disappointed
