The stated timeline for delivery was off by several weeks resulting a problem with the shipping and delivery of the award on a timely basis. The missed deadline resulted in the award being in the wrong location and a need for our recipient to re-ship several incorrectly shipped items. I have been told that the award itself was of good quality.
