I wouldn't give them one star! Took my money and never delivered the product!!!

Horrible customer service. Still never got the onesie I ordered for mother’s day when you call they read from a script and tell you nothing.

Report them to the FTC - this is clearly a scam company. My mom apparently ordered one for me and not only is it not here in time but they charged her and have no record of her order. There is an option on the FTC page to report online shopping companies that do this. Shut them down and prosecute for fraud.

Same story, ordered First Mother's Day shirt on 12th of april but I've received it yet! Please don't buy from this company!

Ordered April 11th and received my Mother’s Day onesie within two weeks.

I gave this company one star because I couldn't give zero!
I placed my MOTHERS DAY order for my daughters first Mothers Day on April 16th! I send FOUR e-mails over the last couple of weeks asking about the order. NOT ONE response! I just yesterday received an e-mail stating "we are happy to inform you that your order has shipped. you should receive it in 5-9 business days" SERIOUSLY?? it's 2 days before Mothers Day! If the order really was shipped they could have AT LEAST overnighted the order so it would arrive in time!! NOPE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I agree with many other reviewers, I ordered a 1st Mother's Day shirt for my daughter and was guaranteed I'd have it in time but still have nothing! They are a RIP off!!! Take your money and ignore any emails or Facebook messages

I place an order on 16th april and till now nothing arrived. Now i have nothing for mothersday and the worst thing is that they dont answer you on email or facebook.
Hope to get my money back. What a ****

Ordered a T-shirt for mother’s day on 4/30. This company new the shirt would not arrive in time but took the order any ways. My order still says it’s in the print shop, they won’t answer any emails, I’ve sent four, won’t answer any questions about it on Facebook. They take your money and then ignore you.

Like many others, I placed my order in early April and am not going to receive my Mother's day gift in time. The company will not respond to multiple emails. I paid for expedited delivery and tracking which I did not get. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Please don't buy from this company. I ordered on the 6th April. It's now the 10th May. After countless emails sent I finally got a reply saying that I have to give 6 weeks from shipping date to put a refund claim in. No where on their web page does it say 6 weeks. I was emailed saying 6-10 business days for delivery. It was for my daughter's first mother's day. Spoke with them today and they said they can reprint after 6 weeks. No use to me on the 31st May. Don't do it.

I ordered an item I saw on a Facebook ad. An adorable "First Mother's Day" onesie for my grandson to wear on my daughter's first Mother's Day (personalized with baby's name). I even paid extra to make sure it would get to me in time for the special day. I've been checking the tracking for a week and it keeps saying it is still being printed, even though the page where I bought the item said if I paid the extra my order would be printed and shipped out immediately. It is now two days until Mother's Day and my item is still being "printed." I've contacted the seller via e-mail and on Facebook. No response until tonight they asked for an order #. I think the only reason they even did that is because I filed a complaint with PayPal. I have every intention of getting my money back if I have to use PayPal to get it. And I will NEVER buy from this company again.

I am in the same boat as everyone else, ordered 4/17, got a shipping notification Tuesday 5/7 saying it would be 6-8 business days... Happy first mother's day hunny, a week late! Absolute joke of a company, don't buy from them. If it isn't here tomorrow, I'm contacting my credit card company. Don't let them get away with this!

PSA: All who have reviewed. I share in your pain as they duped me as well. My wife, on her first Mother’s Day, will be without a gift. I am an attorney. I know $20-30 is not a lot, but there are statutory punitive and exemplary damages that will put this company well out of business.

I just received a response from their customer service and they told me that the onsey would be delivered in 5-8 days, so after my daughters first Mothers Day. By the way, they are sending one that says 2020, not 2019 so it will be her second Mothers Day and the baby will be 15 months old. This place is horrible and I will never buy from them again and I would advise you to do the same.

I just found their phone number 646-741-2095, but their business name comes up as Teezily Inc.

Ordered on 4/18 for mother’s day. Was told it would make it in time still hasn’t shipped and it’s Thursday before mother’s day

Ordered 4/19 - still not here and it's almost Mother's Day. They won't return emails after I said I would contact my credit card to have the charges reversed. So many more comments like this.....makes me think they are scammers!

Same story, ordered 3 weeks ago and didnt hear anything. Find out after digging that it will be 2 weeks after mother's day. Don't order through them.

They don't respond or ship on time. They are expensive and rake forever; whether you pay extra for quick shipping or not. They're extremely frustrating.

This company is a f$###g joke, payed extra for my item to be printed and shipped that day, 2 weeks later no product and no response from the company via email other than to say my product is still in the print process!!! After 2 damn weeks after i payed extra its still in print? F$$k these scam artists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
