I ordered pillows. Delivery took a week (in Finland delivery max 3 days). The pillow did not match the description, about 3cm lower. The order was supposed to come with a gift worth over 20€, but it did not.
After 4 weeks of use, the pillows became tired and flattened to the point of being unusable. It is not worth paying, but to support a domestic company. You can get a similar and better pillow elsewhere for a lower price. The seller company did not prove to be reliable

I tried ordering a single sleep mask, which the company "flagged" as "suspicious". First they asked me for an explanation of why I had paid using a foreign card, and I explained how I'm a foreigner (even though I think that should have already been pretty obvious from my name). Then they demanded a scan of my ID and lease or utility bills to prove my address. I declined. (as if they would want to send their sensitive documents to me! 🙄) It is this company which is suspicious. Three years in Finland and never any problem using my US card until this. Despite not fulfilling the order, they still charged me anyway and claim that a refund will take up to 10 days. I have ordered a sleep mask from China instead.
