Highly recommend Fintool. Nicolas and his team are world class.

The filings search is just crazy. What brings me back to it is the feature to set custom prompts that trigger on every new 8K.

Fintool is just great, it's a GPT that does exactly what it should and is much more user friendly than 99% of what I've seen out there. The team building Fintool seems to be pushing new improvements every week and I have made it a part of my daily workflow. I have pushed it to try and force hallucinations but it always gives me the source with every answer. It took awhile for me to get there but I completely trust Fintool's answers and I am thankful for the hour's it has saves in my day. Appreciate all the work their team has done, thanks guys!

This product provides me immense amount of leverage, and it’s incredibly easy to use while covering a massive amount of information.

Solid AI tool (think: smart, question prompt-based search) that is modestly useful in some applications and extremely useful in others. Fast product cycle from company means new features / data sources are being added. Product functionality isn't yet great for requesting time series data, longer-term historical results, or pulling time series data from transcripts, but confident the product will evolve to improve there rapidly

Fintool has been helpful to my equity research process for US listed companies (including ADRs). The tool pulls from a number of reliable sources (SEC Edgar filings, earnings call transcripts) that I used to fetch and go through manually. Fintool's answers show you the exact document(s) it draws from for answers, and it's very easy to pull up the primary document within the platform. I've found that earnings releases and call transcripts are uploaded within 24-36 hours as they are released. I also really appreciate the question bank that Fintool suggests as you dig further into a company, these are helpful for idea generation and covering blind spots. I have shared constructive feedback with the team as I use the tool and they've been responsive, helpful, and quick to implement improvements. I am impressed with Fintool, a first mover in the financial/investment related AI chatbot space, far outpacing incumbent behemoths like Bloomberg.

The UI is simple/clean and this product is easy to use. Chat is the medium that makes the most sense now. It will take some time for me to get comfortable with the data I am receiving being "correct" but once that hurdle is cleared I could see this product taking off. This will change the game for junior analysts/retail army.

I have found this AI tool helpful in researching companies. Compared to some AIs, I have found it is more likely to admit it has no answer than make something up, especially as it cite its sources heavily. Citations include links not just to documents, but specific passages. I also appreciated the more recent addition in functionality that allows for comparisons in management transcripts over time.
