FIRA je aplikacija koja je u potpunosti ispunila, pa čak i nadmašila moja očekivanja. Ono što je posebno izdvaja od konkurencije je sinergija vrhunskog softverskog rješenja i izuzetne ljudske podrške.
Od samog početka korištenja, primjetan je trud razvojnog tima da aplikacija bude intuitivna, stabilna i bogata funkcionalnostima. Ono što me najviše impresioniralo jest kontinuirani trud na unapređenjima – svaka nova verzija donosi značajna poboljšanja koja olakšavaju svakodnevni rad i potvrđuju da je ovo softversko rješenje doista izvanredno.
Ono gdje FIRA zaista blista je tim za korisničku podršku. Reakcije su munjevite, a pristup iznimno profesionalan. Ne radi se o generičkim odgovorima, već o stvarnoj želji da se problem riješi i da korisnik bude zadovoljan. Komunikacija je jasna, konstruktivna i puna razumijevanja, što je u današnje vrijeme rijetkost.
Ovakav spoj vrhunske tehnologije i vrhunske ljudske podrške čini FIRU nezaobilaznim alatom. Bez ikakve dvojbe, ovo je jedna od najboljih aplikacija koje sam koristio. Timu FIRA – svaka čast i nastavite ovako!
