I am one of the English - Spanish - German interpreters who has been working with LiveVoice for years and all I can say is I really recommend the collaboration with the entire LiveVoice team. I hope we will be working together for many more years to come.

Hemos usado ya varias veces el servicio de subtitulos con traducción IA y funciona genial, adémas puedes configurarlo como quieras .Tambien el servicio extra de croma es genial para hacer un evento en directo y que el público pueda estar leyendo los subtitulos en la pantalla , y el que no pues puede hacerlo en su móvil por lo tanto es muy vérsatil. Y sobre todo estamos contetisimos por la atención al cliente, tienen un soporte técnico que funciona muy bien, están ahi siempre para ayudar y guiar.

Wir nutzen Livevoice seit mehreren Jahren auf Messen, Kongressen und anderen Veranstaltungen. Lief immer super flüssig, ohne Probleme. Gut sind auch die neuen Funktionen, dass die Übersetzungs-KI nach einstellbaren Minuten stoppt, wenn nichts mehr in den Kanal gesprochen wird. Das erleichtert die Kostenkontrolle. Ebenfalls ist der technische Service schnell und hilfsbereit.

We used the Live Voice service for our event. We had three stages in the exhibition area, and participants used the service to listen to the speakers' presentations. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and delivered excellent results.

I love this app. It does everything it says it does, and they make it so easy to use. Everything seems designed to make using the app as frictionless as possible. Setting up an event, changing events on the fly, all super easy.

Live Voice is an incredible accurate translation system. We use it in our church to translate live voice into Spanish and Ukrainian for text only. We have tested it with voice which is amazing but our requirements is text on a laptop and mobile device. The feedback from the users is amazing. We tested a few but Live Voice stood out. For example the order of Spanish sentences can vary from English and it constructs and displays the Spanish in the right order we little delay after a sentence is finished. Support team are great also and I highly recommend them.

We use LiveVoice for translation within our church services (Vineyard Speyer) which are usually held in German, to help international guests connect.

The flexibility of the abo system ... simple adjustment when higher usage is required ... friendly communication with the company ... very enjoyable.

So far we haven't tried AI-translation with LiveVoice yet, but will probably do so, soon. And give some feedback then ... :-).

Doesn’t work at all… translation is ok, but the speed, intonations and pauses in listening to translations is horrible! I had three people try it and they couldn’t stand it! Do not pay for this service!

I used the service at a Pacers game. It made the game so much more enjoyable! I really appreciated having it.

Avoid signing up with this company. They are fraudulent. Do not pay them and do not put your card number. Their charges are high I paid 30 euro and I was charged another 616 euro for using their app for 8 minutes to support refugees and the app did not work well for the refugees they could not connect, I am still fighting for a refund! I was so shocked I couldn’t pay my rent! I’m so sad and horrified. Do not subscribe to their app or website please remove your bank card. Unclear pricing and instructions. I’m so gutted.
This is what the company told me : “ you were streaming (actively speaking) for a total of 7 minutes and 20 seconds. The invoice you received is for the AI Services (AI Voice Translation) that you used with 3 languages for a total of 8 hours each language (24 hours in total). The AI Services are charged by minute, which means that you don't pay them before your event, but after you used them. Although you were just active 7 minutes, you never stopped the AI Voice Translation, that's why it kept running until the stablished limit. Once you set this, the AI Voice is active and the button turns orange. In order to stop it, you have to press that button again. Closing the browser doesn't stop the AI.“
