Reliable Company
I have used this company multiple times. The Listo pens are a welcome upgrade to the standard peel chinagraph. The spring loaded Zak tool is effective, and the titanium pry bar is the perfect balance between size, weight and strength. The customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. Overall a great company, whom I would buy from again.

Went the Extra Mile
I was looking to purchase the NexTool Knight K30 and having looked for months I was unable to find a UK Stockist. Google AI suggested Fire and Rescue and after not finding it on their website I emailed them with my enquiry. Thomas responded promptly to my email and told me they could make a special order when they next ordered for their own stock, Fantastic!
I was sent and paid the invoice, Thomas kept me updated by email along the way and informed when the K30s had arrived and dispatched. I am now the very happy owner of a K30.
Great tool, sharp blade and makes a wonderful fidget toy flicking out the blade.
Excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile.

We do just want to add a small note for other customers reading this — the K30 is a professional work tool featuring a locking blade, designed for maintenance, site work, and professional tasks. As noted on our product listing, locking blade tools cannot lawfully be carried in public without reasonable excuse under UK law and are intended for professional and work use rather than as novelty items. We hope you get great use out of it in the field!
Above and beyond customer service!
I recently ordered a multi-tool from Fire and Rescue Tools. There was problems with the delivery and frustratingly as a result, Royal Mail returned the item to sender. Thomas from Fire and Rescue Tools reached out to let me know this had happened and was extremely helpful in figuring out the best way to resend. I received several follow-up emails from Thomas, checking in and updating me with progress and providing a level of online retail customer service that is extremely rare! I received my item a few days later and am very impressed with the quality. I'm very happy with my experience with Fire and Rescue Tools and will definitely be using them again!

The company sorted a problem, promptly and politely.
When the folding multi shears arrived without their scabbard, Thomas replied promptly to say a replacement would be sent out straight away. He was right. It arrived quickly.
I tried out the shears and they seem excellent quality. They fold easily and seem very well made. My daughter will be so happy with them.
Fire and Rescue Tools are such an easy company to deal with. I love the personal touch.

Outstanding customer service
I purchased a surefire torch from the company a while ago. After a period of time I started to have an issue with the battery. I contacted the company and was so impressed with the service I received. Not only did they respond quickly to my email they also resolved my issue by replacing the battery with a cost to themselves.
I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. I would also like to thank Thomas who I dealt with to resolve the matter.
