What a brilliant team. Had had problems with my boiler
Which my plumber who fitted it could not solve.
Went through to Matt in customer services who arranged for there Technical Engineer to come out late on Friday afternoon. What a lovely guy. Absolutely new the insides and out of the boiler. He spent 2 1/2 hours taking it apart and completely rebuilding it properly. Can’t recommend them enough.

It started with a Firebird boiler jetting a stream of water flooding a garage. Firebird's response to this was brilliant. Immediate, friendly, helpful telephone response from Matt resulted in local engineers arriving to identify the problem the same evening. Within 48 hrs he had organised their own engineers to be at my property the next day as well as a new boiler delivery. Within 4 days I had a new system up and running - all under warranty!

When Firebird boilers are fitted and maintained by a reputable proficient engineer they are one of the best boiler manufacturers on the market. They also offer outstanding customer service, their warranty department are second to none.

Awesome customer service from Mathew and Engineer Brian. I had probs with my boiler for a good year, using a local engineer who could not get to the route of the problem. Went straight to Firebird who sent someone out in the next day. Matt was in contact all the time, 1000% the best customer service. Brian spent five hours out in the rain and refused to give up until we were up and running in time for Christmas. A million thanks to the firebird team, you were awesome

It’s a fact of life that problems can develop with things you purchase and that’s what happened with a Firebird boiler I had bought. The important thing is how the problem is fixed. My recent experience with Firebird relates to a replacement boiler they supplied and fitted last October, this replaced one they had previously installed but had developed a problem. A few days ago during the cold snap my hot water stopped working, I explained the problem to Firebird and they thought it may be a programmer issue which would not have been covered by the warranty. I believed it was an issue with the boiler but although they doubted this they sent out an engineer the next day. He quickly confirmed the boiler to be ok and it was the programmer that was the problem. I realised that the misdiagnosis was my fault and offered to pay for the call out. Their Customer Services Manager who I have dealt with over the previous issues waived the charge as he appreciated the issues we had had in the past. As I said problems happen but it’s how you fix them that’s important. I am sure that they would not always be prepared to waive the charge for a misdiagnosis by the customer but Firebirds Customer Services Manger has restored my confidence in them after how he handled the replacement boiler and subsequent problem and we look forward to now having many years of use from our Firebird boiler.

Great customer service from Matthew at Firebird. Our boiler broke down between Christmas and New Year. Matthew picked up and responded to my voicemail even though the company was closed until 2nd January, ascertained what was needed and promised to get the part shipped to me for next day AM delivery as soon as the company opened on the 2nd. Very grateful and couldn’t have asked for better service

I was very impressed with your after sale service, because early Christmas Eve morning our boiler went down with no hot water or central heating. I thought being Christmas Eve there would be no chance of getting it fixed before Christmas.
However after contacting your engineer Kenny who was several miles away, he said he would do his best to get to me. At 4:15pm he phoned me to say he was just around the corner, and by 5:50pm he had the boiler repaired and in full working order.

Right from the off set when purchased 5 years ago there have been numerous problems with my combi boiler. Serviced yearly by a recommended engineer who is first class and always goes above and beyond to try and keep us up and running. I have no complaints in that department. Numerous parts replaced. The pump 'THIS TIME' Right before this exceptionally cold snap resulting in us left freezing cold with no heating or hot water until able to source a pump and get it fixed. An all too common experience. Next time it breaks down I'm going to contact consumer rights because it's not fit for purpose at only 5 years old I'd expect more.
Top class service from all involved, excellent customer service , Boiler fixed within one day by excellent engineers, very happy .

6 weeks on no one has contacted me
I cannot stress enough not to buy one of these boilers
Their after care service is horrific
All they care about is getting your money
I’ve had my boiler for just 3 years, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having a 2-year warranty, I’ve had to deal with 7 engineer visits and countless replacements, including multiple vital components and 3 new timers. The boiler has been unreliable from the start, constantly breaking down and causing major disruptions leaving me with out heat or water for weeks on occasions.
On top of that, the customer service is atrocious. I’ve repeatedly been given misinformation, with different representatives contradicting each other and failing to resolve issues. The communication is poor, and getting through to someone who can actually help is a battle. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this boiler to anyone. Stay away if you value your time, money, and sanity!
After it breaking down once again and the company refusing to fix it under warranty I had to use my own independent plumber who has just billed me £470 for parts that I am 99% certain have allegedly been replaced !!!
Do NOT I repeat do NOT buy a firebird boiler

Followed by having Kenny. Who was amazing. Went though the service on the boiler to with my husband . Sort the problem striaght away.
Never had service like it. I would fully recommend this company for the service.

Excellent customer service from Firebird, and many thanks to Firebird's Matthew for all help, very efficient, and to the Firebird technician Kenny, a proper gent and again, very efficient, as we say in Cornwall a "proper job".
Our Firebird boiler is just six years old and has been serviced for 4 years out of 5, and with that no trouble at all, a very reliable system. I recommend you use a Firebird approved service engineer for annual services and any repairs, with that, you will be a happy and warm bunny. Again, nice people who know their stuff. Many thanks Firebird.

After 3 years of constant issues with our new boiler we called Firebird direct. They sent an engineer from Plymouth who solve the problem immediately. We wished we had called them sooner . Excellent customer support.
