Had problems with oil-fired combi boiler not heating water consistently (intermittent issue). My usual boiler engineer got the Firebird rep out to help and between them they fixed the problem very quickly, also at zero cost to me. Great service, highly recommended.

I purchased a new boiler from Gary and Matthew cook back in feb 2023
Sadly it developed a fault so left with no heating or hot water
After talking to Gary in sales and Matthew in the office within a day a new one turned up
They took my boiler engineers number and arranged at no cost to have old one removed and new one installed
Fantastic after sales service and would recommend these
To anyone else who wanted a new boiler

I have a Envirogreen Slimline Combi HE 26kw fitted in the kitchen with a 10yr warranty. I’ve received excellent aftercare and advice. The house water pressure was too high (9.5bar) and pressure reducing valves were fitted. The engineer also advised that the radiator thermostat was set too high. Now I’ll be using less oil. All good. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Firebird. Thank you so much Matthew and Kenny.

Had nothing but trouble, was told by the heating engineer it had a 10 year warranty when I contacted firebird they said not. I have now contacted Hall and Featherstone whom are coming to price up for a Worcester boiler I had one in my last house for 14 years. So goodbye firebird 👋

Well credit to Firebird they contacted me the next day and sent someone out that morning to look at the boiler. Turns out even though it’s been serviced numerous times since installation nobodies picked up on numerous faults with the installation itself. The engineer that came out managed to fix most of the flaws and it’s been working flawlessly since.

After the 3 years I’ve had my new Firebird Combi boiler it’s completely broken 5 times resulting in 90% of the boiler being replaced on 2 occasions . I don’t think there’s been a month it hasn’t been leaking. We’ve had 2 Christmases without heating and even though some of the repairs have been covered by warranty it’s broke yet again and won’t be covered under warranty. Absolutely dreadful product and will never go near their boiler again.

It's now nearly 2 weeks since the control unit for my boiler has been identified as broken. It too nearly 5 days for a new one to be supplied only to find out that that which was supplied was incorrect. That was reported on Wednesday it's now Friday and no replacement part has been delivered to the plumbers merchant. So another weekend without any heating. The supply of parts by this company seems not be a priority at all.
After nearly a month with no heating, money down the drain paid out to local plumbing engineers, Gary Davies at firebird saved us and we now finally have heating. He had an engineer come straight out and it was simply fixed within an hour and we were given some brilliant tips to maintain the efficacy of our boiler!
Customer service is outstanding, brilliant communication and really have gone above and beyond for us and we really couldn’t thank them enough!

We are an installer and purchased a Firebird boiler, installed October 23 for a land owner with many properties within Northamptonshire, which incidently have a lot of Firebird boilers in their properties.
We had a lot of issues initially with the boiler, eventually getting it sorted after many stressful conversations and site visits.
Today the customer has no heating again, i called up Customer Services at 9.35 am to arrange a warranty call, i was assured i would get a call back within 2 hours by Jake. 3.30 pm i called again, i even called the Firebird Engineer as i had noted his number.
Again i was promised a call back straight away, nearly an hour later nothing. The customer has no heating.
Your reviews all look extremely good, however i can only say from my experience the customer service is horrendous.

As the temperature dropped below freezing our boiler stopped working. Having been diagnosed with a burner fuel pump problem, Matthew at Firebird customer service swung into action and a new burner (under warranty) was delivered next day, fitted on arrival and we are warm again.

The engineers at Firebird really look after you. I have received first class service by engineers who really know what they are talking about and obviously know their boilers really well. I was also surprised that an annual boiler service with Firebird is actually cheaper than the independent engineer I have been employing previously - and I now know they are using genuine Firebird parts to replace the nozzle etc........top rate service, I wouldn't use anyone else.
Helpful and professional service. Matt and Jake are both friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend both the boiler and the company.
when your heating world is falling down around you - a complete disaster - & aged 81 as we are find replacement a confusing nightmare, reccomended FIREBIRD comes flying in with sympathy, advise, solutions, great suppliers, efficient friendly installers, and at very reasonable costs a total solution to our oil heating problems. Such a delight to find this superb all round service in an age where it is no longer, sadly, expected. Well done Firebird & associates.

We had a fault on a new enviromax combi boilers burner. Could not commission, locking out, fan running, not firing, no lockout etc. Informed Firebird and the respone was exceptional. A new burner was sent over night, fitted and fired up no problem. Firebird had all this sorted out after 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon.
