I had a two day wonderful experience in talking with Kassandra. The first thing I picked up on right away was her tone and how she explained in detail the process. I have had many experiences with individuals on the phone and Kassandra was by far the most pleasant call yet. I would recommend some sort of recognition, promotion, or a bonus for her professionalism and dedication.
