Da lì in poi non ho ricevuto piu nulla,cerco poi in qualche modo di reclamare il mio ordine…via mail come dice sul sito(inviate 2/3) li ho contatti tramite Instagram ma nessuno mi risponde…senza un recapito telefonico,sito dove inserisci la lingua italiano e resta sempre lingua straniera!
Adesso devo capire come recuperare i miei soldi in quando l’ordine è stato pagato!

Ordered multiple times, had no problems, and one time my shipment got lost the staff solved it in no time and replaced my order for free.

Après avoir posté mon avis le 07/01 dernier, bizarrement j'ai été contacté le 08/01 par le service clients qui m'a promis un remboursement.
Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 20/01, et après plusieurs mails et relances de ma part, toujours rien.
Vraiment déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout!

Excellent customer service! Even though my original package was lost, they responded to my mail and arranged a replacement order at no additional cost. Very professional, courteous, and efficient team — highly recommended!

Pessima esperienza. Ordinato e pagato una maglietta + una cover per telefono il 26 novembre. Ricevuta la maglietta (di pessima qualità) e NESSUNA cover!! Già scritto più volte al servizio clienti per chiedere rimborso ma nessuno risponde! Vergognoso!

I did have a to wait for a response for a little bit longer than I anticipated but the team has provided a great option for me to get my product.

Réclamation faite le 27 décembre, toujours pas de nouvelles deux semaines après. Commande d'un tee-shirt, mais celui dans le colis n'était pas le bon.

Ordered a phone case and hoodie a month ago, no word since then or reaction to messages. Seems like a scam site.

UPDATE: Despite the huffy response below, they have not responded to my follow-up query in any way. Still waiting for update or refund or anything at all...

LATEST UPDATE: I never got what I ordered or a refund, but they actually sent me a marketing email! Cheeky!

The materials used are cheap and the colors don't even match. Would not recommend for anything.

I ordered a Cadillac F1 hoodie from First Formula Store and received it in time for Christmas, as it was a gift for my son. The hoodie itself seems to be of good quality, but it is mislabeled: it says Large, but it must be a Large in youth size because it is way too tight compared to any other Large hoodie in America.
*UPDATE* The company agreed to send me a new sweatshirt free of charge. I also sent them pics of the sweatshirt with a tape measure showing that the measurements are nowhere close to what their size chart states, and I took a screenshot. The next day, their size chart was changed, but it was still off. I received a new, 2XL, and it fits better. I am not sure why the sizing is so different in New Zealand, but make sure you triple-check the measurements before you order. This company did the right thing and was great about sending a replacement. Thank you!

Company is great no issues with them cases are amazing lovely quality really stunning but they only work with Evri. They do not have any other courier so if you use a standard delivery or priority delivery for 30 pounds by the way, don’t have hope was the worst service I’ve ever had with a courier. The company did reply to me when they could first order was lost in transit and the second order was delayed massively so company did refund the 30 pound shipping because of how long I had to wait but five star company would use again. Just be on lookout for every Evri

Product arrived earlier then expected, quality is very nice.
The feeling is also very high quality, like you actually feel it in your hands.
