Helpful support and great outcome

I had an issue with my order about a month ago during a very busy period. I was initially worried about the delay, but the team came through and was incredibly helpful. They resolved the situation with a very generous gesture of goodwill. It is a kind and professional team, and I highly recommend them!

Avoid!! Knock off rubbish.

Ordered a good looking F1 top for my husband for Christmas. What arrived (£60) was a disgrace. Poor quality, poor stitching, poor fabric and the logos were all printed on and blotchy. I've emailed the company, messaged via FB and got no where.

AVOID!!!

Scam

Ordered a shirt on Friday 28/11-25 and haven't heard anything since. Got an email with order number and order confirmation. Tried to contact them but haven't heard anything. Absolutely can't recommend!

I received a shirt of terrible quality

I received a shirt of terrible quality. I emailed them asking for a refund and a refund, but they haven't replied in over a week. It's disappointing.

Awful quality shirt and not the correct…

Awful quality shirt and not the correct colour. Tried to contact First Formula Store regarding a refund but no reply from them. Far too expensive for what I received. Not happy at all.
