I attended the brilliant grandparents paediatric first aid training that Charlotte ran.
Like most grandparents we wanted to be as knowledgeable as possible before looking after the baby.
Charlotte covered everything in an informative, but empathetic manner and was very happy to answer questions and allay any fears we had. Everything was explained and that practised on size appropriate dummies. I can’t recommend this course enough.

Excellent training course - Jess was brilliant. Really detailed and bespoke information relevant to people's different areas of work. Took time for questions and gave in-depth answers. Was given information and techniques that have never been shared before on other courses. Would highly recommend.

Met Jess at a summer fair and discussed the opportunity of a training session. It was very easy to get booked in and it was a lovely relaxing friendly lesson with Jess & Mollie.
We were able to bring the baby’s with us and was a calm environment.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would return in future

This was the best first aid course I have been to. The trainer Jess was brilliant, very welcoming and made sure everyone felt at ease and comfortable to take part in the practical assignments. Jess was extremely knowledgeable and delivered the course in manageable sections, checking our understanding throughout.
The whole process from booking, completing the online learning and through to the practical learning was very well done.
I would recommend to anyone looking to complete first aid training.

Jess was a great instructor, made me feel.relaxed and at ease with performing practical assessments. Her knowledge and delivery of the course was great always asking if we had questions and responding to them with an in depth answer bever leaving left unsure.

I recently completed a workplace first aid course led by Jess, and it was excellent. Jess was clear, engaging, and made the content easy to understand. The practical sessions were well run, and she gave helpful, constructive feedback. I left feeling much more confident in my ability to handle an emergency. Highly recommend, especially with Jess as the facilitator.

Great session via Home Start. Super friendly, non-judgemental and knowledgeable. Created the session around what people wanted to know about. The trainers are paramedics and delivered the latest guidance on first aid mainly for infants but covered older children and adults too.

Very informative, great delivery

The trainer Jess was very friendly and delivered the course material in a friendly and informative way which made the day wizz past. She also answered all of the questions I had throughout the day and explained the reasons behind any changes in practice since the last time I completed a first aid course. This really helped me to understand the reason for changes while educating me on the up to date first aid practice.

I am coming away for the course feeling confident in my knowledge of first aid and I will definitely be sending more of my team to complete this course with first step first aid.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone that needs to be a workplace first aider or even just for person education.
