Great training, friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend

Our dental team recently completed a CPR training session with Jess. The training was clear, thorough, and highly engaging. The instructor was knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt confident in their ability to respond to emergency situations.
We especially appreciated how the course was tailored to scenarios relevant to a dental office. The hands-on practice was clear, and the pace was perfect for both new and returning team members. By the end of the session, our entire staff felt more prepared and empowered to handle a medical emergency with competence and calm.
We highly recommend this CPR training to any dental practice looking to refresh or enhance their emergency preparedness.

I loved this first aid training. It was concise and easy to follow. The trainer was very engaging and made it interesting! I feel confident in my first aid skills having completed this course.

Jess made the day fun whilst staying very informative and making the information so easy to digest with lots of practical elements and demonstrations.

Where to start! Right from the off, Jess was friendly and upbeat making all of us feel at ease. The day was dissected well with a real emphasis on taking the time between sections so that a large amount of information was digested but at the same time, kept us engaged. Whilst this course was centralized around such a serious matter, we were allowed to retain an element of humor whilst in no way harming our purpose for the day which we all passed with flying colours. I would thoroughly recommend Jess and First Steps First Aid to any company, particularly large groups, she made a real effort to make it relatable to us and whilst dealing with a large volume of people, took the time to individually address any questions or issues we were facing. Hopefully we never have to use our newly learned skills but in case we ever do, we have First Steps First Aid to thank for it!

FSFA were fantastic. Very informative whist making the information easy to digest with visual slideshow and lots of demonstrations.

Jess made the day fun and was open to any and all questions our group had to ask.

I enjoyed it and came away feeling much more confident that I can help someone who is in trouble.

Baby first aid training today at a baby group, was good to get up to date first aid training and was very interesting

The CPR training used displayed slides and practice on a dummy to show us how to use chest compressions, short breaths and the listening for patient responses/feeling for breathing to help a casualty. The session then showed us how to use the defib machine, and to follow its guidance on compression rate and breaths to prepare to deliver a shock if the casualty did not respond to CPR. Safety when shocking was covered. A great session - expertly led.

Jess the trainer had a great positive energy and managed to share her knowledge in an interactive and engaging way.
Fantastic BLS course would highly recommend for medical professionals or non medical professionals.
