AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE!! Bought a pair of jeans, waited 4 weeks for delivery and they were too big!! Absolutely appalling customer service offering a no option to exchange, instead a pathetic £6 compensation and the cheek to ask me to ‘consider passing them to another individual! I am fuming!! SCAM!!!

Ordered end August still not arrived and can’t say when there going to be delivered another scam on instagram

Placed an order - paid via PayPal. They took 5 payments - all different amounts - complete scam. Bank was able to cancel
All Payments. Avoid at all costs!

Not a company you can trust. Bought a pair of jeans in suggested size.
Way to big, wanted to return them for a replacement or refund.
This is the answer I got back.
6 GBP is the maximum compensation within my limited authority.

Don't buy. Took 3 weeks.. arrived today and cheap tat.. straight legs ! Not wide as shown in post.. fuming... zips at side too.. awful...

Terrible company waited 9 weeks for a pair of jeans sent email after email I finally raised an issue with pay pal the company sent me messages and within a couple of jeans had arrived . Extremely poor quality whole in the pocket not worth the money and it's a company in China not America please stay away from this company wish I'd read reviews before purchase

No delivery of goods. After multiple communications, still no goods received and no offer of a refund.

Do not use this company. Ordered jeans 22/8/25 but did not arrive. Tracking is false, They supposedly arrived in UK on 17/9/25 but nothing has arrived. I guess I’m not getting the jeans I paid for. I asked for a refund but they said no because they are in transit. Scam, scam, scam.

Advertised Halara Jeans, sent cheap Chinese rubbish jeans. Supposedly from the USA, but payment goes to a Chinese company, Huati Co Ltd, based in Hk, Hong Kong?
Many emails to them requesting an address to return the goods, and a full refund, never provided.
Ai bot responses offered £5 as compensation.
The shipping tracker would appear to be false as well.
DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. Absolute rubbish with no customer service. 🤬

The jeans are awful. Very cheaply made, they look nothing like what the woman is wearing.If you order the large it is not 12/14 as stated, it is much larger. More like 16/18. The lady is paid to rave about these jeans on all different sites.
They take more money off you than stated. luckily they paid back the difference.
No delivery note, no advice on returns. Please stay away from this company. Pay the difference and buy genuine Halara jeans.

If I could take them to court I would!! Jeans way too big, states hassle free returns and exchanges but that's not the case. Offered £7 refund and no exchange..avoid like the plague and tell your friends.

Do not buy from this company. The jeans are not what are advertised. They are cheap rubbish that don't fit. I bought them for £22, but they charged me £28. Ive been in an email battle with them for months. They've offered me a £2 refund.

Ordered jeans for £22.58 on 03.08 payment debited my account as £28.22. Queried difference which was refunded but still hadn’t received the jeans. Chased again at end of August told still in transit. Finally arrived 19.09.25 and are crap. Sizing is off, pockets different sizes and the white inner lining shows from the front on one pocket where it’s poorly stitched. Hitches in fabric and style isn’t as wide legged as advertised. Have requested a refund but if that doesn’t work will file a complaint for a
chargeback with my bank.

What a shambles this company is buyer beware they give you a Tracking number in the end after emailing constant times there is no such Tracking number when you type it Just a scam its Chinese company one time then it American just don't buy you will never get the item you paid for price they advertised it's not the price they hack the price up by£££ at final payment.

Avoid this company at all cost. I should have gone with my gut as I thought the jeans where too good to be true. I ordered a pair of jeans on 25th August, extra money for delivery just taken when it states it's free. After countless e mails I get tracking information every other day. As it stands today tracking says my parcel has been in Lincolnshire awaiting dispatch for 5 days. If I get these jeans it will be a miracle.
If you think it's too good an offer it is.

I ordered jeans 4th August, nothing. I emailed asking for refund told in transit . Yesterday I emailed again quoting paragraph from Cunsumer Right Acts and that I would be contacting them. Today had an email saying order cancelled, refund 2 to 3 days. So obviously never posted.

Wrong order arrived three weeks later… now can’t get a reply to mails about starting a return. They also took more money out of my Apple Pay than authorised. Raising a dispute with my bank. Do not use!

I ordered a pair of jeans 24 days ago,and they still haven't arrived.Extremely poor service.Have contacted them to say they haven't arrived on time for when I needed them,so I would like a refund.They said they don't do refunds as it's in transit...but surely they can cancel delivery with courier and item will be returned to them.
Very very poor customer service.
