Jana from the customer service team was lovely and cancelled the subscription and refunded me after they took the first month out which was very much appreciated

I tried to order a bra without using their subscription service, they listed PayPal as an option for payment but they “blacklisted” me, refusing to sell me the bra because I wanted to use PayPal. What a scam!
The word “blacklisted” actually showed up in red on the screen.
This morning it says to sign into my PayPal account with Nymbus LLC, then it says that “Something went wrong, try again later”. When I exit out of there it takes me to their order screen with credit card highlighted.

I thought I had ordered one bra , clucked on check out to check order , nothing happening so clicked again , but I didn't know it was adding the my order , as soon as I realised this emailed them to cancel and they wouldn't.
Luckily paid through PayPal and they told me it had happened through a subscription which they then cancelled and helped me get all my money back, horrible experience, thank you paypal

Some how they get you to order a bra and bill you for a monthly subscription that was never anywhere when the order is placed. Be very aware. They capture your billing information and bill you monthly

If I could give them a zero I would. They are ABSOLUTE scam artist. Ordered one bra and they charged me for some extra bra they said I agreed to...I never did, they have it hidden somewhere so you can't click to say no to it. I had to dispute the claim with my bank and blocked my card after they claim they can only refund me 50%. 😡😡. The product is a friggin joke can't even cover one ripple much less a whole breast. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a bra which arrived on time and was perfectly fine . I’ve month later I got billed again , apparently I had signed up (without signing anything) for their monthly subscription. Supposedly it entitled me to discounts and other VIP PERKS. I don’t know what theses were as I didn’t receive any emails or register an account with them . Sneaky sneaky sneaky 🧐

It’s scam ! Stay away from this company . I ordered 1 bra , and they charged me 29 $ , next day they charged me 380$ extra , I didn’t except that offer. My next step I tried to cancel my order ( less than 24h ) , but it was impossible, then I contacted support team , and still not respond. I received my order with 6 bras !!!!

Would give ZERO STARS!
Ordered a FitCharm bra (32DD) for my daughter (August). Tracking showed it was delivered and it was not. I checked the mailbox, everywhere in the front of my house, the Ring cam, with my neighbors, etc. I tried to report it as not delivered, but the link leads you to a shipping company's website that is entirely in Chinese and no way to translate it. So I disputed it with PayPal. A little over a week later it showed up and had the wrong address on the label. (I checked out with PayPal and auto-filled my address, so did give them correct address.) This 32DD would maybe fit a 32-flat chest, seriously my daughter refused to even try it on. Holding it up to herself in place, it would not have even reached far enough to cover half of her boobs and had essentially no shape to give any support.
6 weeks later they billed me again for their "VIP subscription" that I did not sign up for (Septbember, $31.63). Charge shows up as Nymphus LLC. I don't even know what it's supposed to include. I disputed it with PayPal and they took a full 3 weeks to reply with a tracking number and said that something was delivered. Nothing was received! I have no idea what was supposed to have been received. Researching the tracking number, it looks like a UPS number... UPS and USPS show no information for the number. So there's no way for me to be able to see if there was even a delivery with that tracking number nor when/where it was delivered.
FitCharm/Nymphus/Nymbus/ShopInnovations is currently refusing to refund me the order that I did not place. At the same time asking here to make it correct. Refund through PayPal to make it right.

If I could put 0 stars, I would.
Made a one off purchase of a single bra. Thought I was purchasing in AUS dollars, turns out it was USD. Took a considerable amount of time to be delivered and the product was ridiculously small and did not even cover my breast, for the size it was supposed to be. The “money back guarantee” is a load of rubbish. They did not offer a full refund at all. After exchanging several emails trying to negotiate a refund, I relented and settled on a 40% refund as I was frustrated with the back and forth emails and the fact the company was going to charge me for the return shipping and the cost outweighed what I actually paid for the bra!
THEN I discovered they were taking money out of my account on random dates through out the month over a few months for a membership/subscription I didn’t even sign up for!!! I’ve had to cancel my card to stop the payments and when you try going onto the link they send in your order email; it says “this store is unavailable”.
The account/business merchant name isn’t even Fitcharm.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered some bras and paid in what appeared to be NZD but was charged in USD (almost double). I didnt immediately get any confirmation email but a day later got one to join their VIP club. I wrote back instantly to cancel the order and was told to go through my bank. I insisted via return email they not send the items and they also insisted I get a refund through the bank and then emailed me saying they posted the items. I guess they will argue with the bank that they did send the items despite being told not to and are aware how expensive it is to post them back for a refund. It is a total scam. I have contacted my bank and am waiting for them to get back to me. I cannot believe they refused to cancel the order and then shipped items 5 days later after 3 requests to cancel it. What a scam
